Kevin M Regan, LLC

Kevin Regan is great. He is personable and very good at what he does. However, his assistant, Sheila, is very incompetent, condescending, and unreliable.
After my first consultation meeting with Kevin, he told her to keep a copy of my case’s documentations. When I call in a week later, she said there isn’t anything on her side. When I request to leave a message for Kevin, she refuse to take the message down and insist strongly on sending him an email. I don’t know how the arrangement is in his office but I agree to send him an email for that day.
Two days before the court date, I call into the office again to double check on things. Kevin was out of the office. So I had to leave a message for him to call me back around noon the next day. I waited. Never got a single call back from the office. I have to call back the office in the evening to get any sort of response.
The way she handle thing are very unprofessional and disorganized. Kevin might be a good lawyer. However, in this competitive where plenty of lawyers around the neighborhood have the same credentials, having this type of assistant is extremely bad for business. I would have to reconsider twice for working with Kevin just because how delayed things are in term of the administrative work.
