J&S Designer Flooring

We were in the market to refinish our hardwood floors and purchase one or two area rugs. Really weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but heard J&S had a large selection to choose from. We decided the more options available, the better chance we’d find an option that worked for our rooms. When we got there, the employees were helpful and professional — answering our questions and suggesting options. Found the right hardwood finish and one area rug. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional and timely the installers were since this is the area where troubles may arise. Before leaving, they made sure everything was completed properly.
Definitely check out J&S if you’re looking for options and great service. Will go back for our next flooring job.

My wife went in there trying to buy a very large rug. Some guy name Sam showed up and once he found out it was not going to be $ 10,000 he disappeared Another guy Steve wouldn’t even get out of his chair so she left and bought it somewhere else and spent $ 5000. Very unprofessional

Our family has had work done by J&S for over 15 years through 3 homes and we have never been disappointed. These people know what they’re doing and provide the best product and service. The staff is managed by Sima (a woman in case you couldn’t figure that out) and no out of line behavior would ever fly with her.

Unprofessional and possibly discriminatory! I’ve tried contacting this place on several occasions because they sell the brand of hardwood I wanted and was never pleased with the experiences. I was in the market to replace the flooring in my house. It was a significant job yet they didn’t give me the time of day. Initially I went into the store and spoke with someone and they stated they would follow up with a quote or an estimate. They never followed up so I went elsewhere for the at least $ 12K+ Job. I think the sales guy didn’t take me serious because I look young. Then recently I gave them a second chance, I called to ask if they carried a bull nose stair piece from the brand they carry in my stain, the man I spoke to was very unprofessional and offensive. I simply asked for the cost of the piece, he asked «who was installing the floors», and I said «I decided to install it on my own», he stated «who, your husband? have HIM call us back.» My experience was very negative, unprofessional, and they’re unresponsive. Go somewhere else for your floors, especially if you’re young or a woman!
