This is a a wonderful hotel! Mike is the sweetest, friendliest and best worker that they have at the hotel. This place has clean and spacious room. They have a great workout facility and a nice indoor pool! They have a yummy breakfast with healthy options. They also give you a goody bag upon check in and always have cool lemon water. Stay here and thank me later!

My friend and I came by for a last minute check-in, as we are traveling to Texas for my job. Upon arriving, the lobby was tidy and smelled pleasant and clean. We were then greeted by Brandi Nicole and her male co-worker. Both were gracious, allowed a military discount and instructed us on the free wifi and complementary hot breakfast in the morning. Our room was VERY clean, super cozy and we slept like babies. Breakfast was yummy and perfect for our visit to TN. Thanks for a great pit stop!

Great hotel, with super nice staff. Our bathroom had been clean though and towels and wash cloths were replaced. Only down side was the fact that after a long day(due to a death in the family) our room was not cleaned at all. Beds were left the way we left them, dirty coffee cups left laying around, iron and ironing board left out, just plain messy.

I have stayed over 400 nights at IHG Brand hotels over the past 3 years. I rate this as the worst hotel experience I have had with IHG. Let me tell you why… Check in was super slow, I was not greeted as a Platinum member and had to ask for a welcome gift/bonus points. The girl told me they were out of waters but I could get one later in the week when they are brought in. She did say she would add bonus points to my account but that never happened. I got to my room, it was the typical HIE set up. The bed was uncomfortable a little stiff for my liking but that is expected in these smaller towns. The room seemed up to par and clean. That night when I was laying in my bed on the white curtain covering the window(the one you can see thru) I saw these little dots moving around on it from the light shining thru. I got up and looked and the curtain was covered with stink bugs — turned on all the lights and they were all over the bed and walls as well… WTF… right? I took a picture with my phone got dressed and went down stairs mentioned it the lady there and she laughed. stated«THOSEAREONLYSTINKBUGSTHEYWONTBOTHERYOU — YOUAREONANENDROOMANDTHEYAREALWAYSTHERE» I said are you kidding me? I said you need to move me to a different room and she said she could not(I stay at hotels A LOT — I know when hotels are full) I said why not? she said because we are completely booked — she said there is a few rooms but they are for other guests checking in later in the week. — I packed my shit and left immediately and went down the road to the Hampton — I was never contacted by management and was still charged for the one night stay — I called the hotel and the manager never called me back… I eventually gave up because I was to busy to deal with it. the room was $ 119 a night which is fair and you get the stink bug amenity, where else can you get all of this…

This Holiday Inn Express is almost new and well maintained. Breakfast is hot and fresh. Lots of variety. Oatmeal bar, pancake machine, hot cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, etc… Enjoy the indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pavilion area. Can’t forget the fountain out front either surrounded by beautiful flowers. Very nice hotel for the price.
