David J Medford, MD

While Doctor Medford is an excellent physician, his staff is incredibly rude, obnoxious and inefficient. For this reason I will be seeking care elsewhere.

The doctors in this practice are David Medford, Aaron Kaplan and Jocelyn Hess. The Morristown office is open about 3 days each week. Additional offices in Denville and West Orange.
Dr Hess was very informative during a routine eye checkup, answering my many pesky questions about focus corrections, bifocals (yep I got ‘em) and other wonderful aging issues. She adjusted my prescription and even was able to use the mild (not strong) eye-​dilation meds to peer at the old retinas. Hey I count myself lucky, I can still spot a full beer glass at 50 yards lol.
Less happy with all the waiting: arrived 8:55 for a 9, signed a zillion (ok 5) forms, did the impossible color-​blindness tests, waited waited waited, and finally saw the doc at 10. Then waited more for the pupils to dilate, for the final read, etc. Overall A-​OK.
