Just another shitty, no-​name temp agency that hires Indians with fabricated American names to spam people with irrelevant jobs all day.
The difference with this one is that their lackeys call you multiple times — and don’t let up until you answer and talk to them. I just got phone-​spammed by a guy named «Arun Christopher» (haha) FOUR TIMES in FIVE MINUTES. Not until I yelled & cussed at him over e-​mail did he stop.
Clearly, this practice is indecent and disrespectful. What I’m wondering is: at what point does it become illegal?

Third party «screeners”/staffing entities like Artech need to know how hurtful they are when they find out a potential candidate is unemployed. They Just assume the candidate is criminal and kick them to the curb. For FOUR YEARS I have been enduring this garbage. I am well educated, highly skilled, have great experience, and I AM A GREAT PERSON WITH NO — I REPEAT NO — CRIMINAL HISTORY. For a few years I chose to leave employment to care for special needs boys, an 80+ yr old mother with dementia, and to support my husband’s military career while he was gone for 8 years. He is now 90% disabled. Lets see THEM do that while they are employed. NO, lets see them endure four years of job hunting. Shame on them.

If there was an option for «zero stars,» I would give that to them. They are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I didn’t even apply through them, but after receiving a few emails, I figured I’d give a job through them a chance. Here’s the breakdown:
1.) They do NOT care about you and will make you feel like whatever job they’re offering you is worth gold. It’s not, you’re worth more than they’ll ever care to admit so I’ll let you know instead.
2.) You have no voice, they have all the voice. They’re purely business-​minded. This means that whatever conditions you may need will not be considered (including interview times). Take it or leave it kind-​of –deal.
3.) They will harass you with endless phone calls before ever forwarding your resume. It’s absolutely ridiculous and will quickly make you lose interest in their offer.
Last but NOT LEAST: They will block your IP address so that you cannot apply to the job offered directly. I wonder whether this is legal???

. However the sender’s name is different and another 973 #. I wrote them to stop but they didn’t take action. Eventually I blocked them.
