Will definitely return. Very pleasant atmosphere. Owner served us and enjoyed hearing some of the Morrison history.

Loved Flights! The white wine flight was delicious. Only comment would be the crostini bread was so small — they could up the portions a bit. They were very accommodating, friendly, and the patio was a perfect outdoor setting. We came here before a concert at Red Rocks and it was not crowded and a great place to relax and eat yummy appetizers. Best spinach dip I’ve ever had! Cannot wait to go back.

We recently celebrated my birthday at Flights. This place is a charming hidden gem. As we arrived a «scattered evening shower» was making its way through town so some of the people sitting outside on the charming patio were heading inside. We found a love seat in front of a glass coffee table under the awning to watch the storm pass. After it did, the temperature dropped a bit and the Flights staff told us there were blankets available if needed. Nice touch. It was also nice to share a couple 3 glass flights of wine(2 – 3 oz/) exposing us to wines we wouldn’t normally order. I am only a little more educated than«I’ll have a glass of red» so getting the opportunity to sample several different reds without committing to a full glass or bottle is a treat. Even better, I wasn’t required to swirl and spit like I was at some stuffy Napa wine tasting. We ordered a couple shareable small plates; bruschetta and a turkey panini. Both were fresh, crafted with high quality ingredients, and tasty! Topped the evening off with a glass of Port and a to-die-for chocolate dessert. Setting was comfortable and relaxed, servers knowledgeable, food great, and the prices reasonable — can’t come up with a negative thing to say about our visit.

Super shabby chic eclectic setting. The wine flights were fun. We got the warmed Brie and the artichoke boats. Brie was awesome. Artichokes were good. I found them to be a bit pricey, but it was a cute little spot for a date night. You won’t fill up on their tiny tapas plates, so have a flight, share the Brie and then head over to another spot for dinner.

Amazing, calm and Relaxing atmosphere! We were here on business! Got to hook in to their wifi and relax on their back patio and get a few emails finished! We had a flight of wine and their bread and dipping sauce. Waitress was very knowledgable and friendly! The wine was terrific! The food was even better! Wonderful experience all around! Would recommend most definitely! :)

I am in love with this place! Came highly recommended by a very nice lady who works for a builder. We met her while looking at their model homes about ten minutes minutes away. Morrison is a little town that looks sleepy and if you blink you will miss it! But it’s absolutely a darling destination. There in the middle of two buildings sits this wine and beer heaven. Fire pit outside if you prefer drinking al fresco. The bulk of the charm here is the inside of the house. Yes it’s once a house turned into an oasis of 100% warm reprieve from a busy day. Couches, tables and free wifi! The last one almost made me salivate! Lol! That means only one thing to me. I CANHANGOUTHERE. They carry a very good selection of wines and beers in flights, bottles and by the glass. They also have a very reasonably priced tapas. We tried their Antipasti Plate: Three Italian meats(Prosciuto, Salami, Pepperoni, Sopresatta), paired with two cheeses, olives and toasted breads. $ 17. My choice was the Ménage Trios Flight to relax while catching on the weekend’s relentless house hunting. It was an awesome choice. It was a Riesling, Rosė and a Malbec. They were from Two Rivers in CO, Vinho Verde Rosė from Portugal and Pieza El Col Granache from Spain. $ 16. Generous pours. The bar area is a must for me next time. Love talking to the guy Brent(?) that served us. Such a great personality. Although anywhere you sit I can assure you it is going to be an amazing experience with this gem in little town Morrison. This is actually a place where it could be a great stop with friends. Or it could be a romantic destination. It is what you make of it!

I’m all about wine, and I LOVED Flights when we first started going… I would have given 5 stars, but the last 4 visits have not been that great. We used to sit at the bar, and receive excellent customer service from Don. Lately, things have changed. When ordering a cheese platter, we got no crackers or «vehicles» to transport cheese to mouth. We mentioned it to the waiter, and he didn’t say a thing. Who serves wine and cheese with no crackers? Regardless, I still enjoy the patio with the heater lamps, and the wines are always great.

I went to Flights Wine & Coffee for the first time about a month ago. I had plans to go to Estes Park for a wine tasting but I live in Denver and the weather was supposed to get really bad so we cancelled at the last minute. I was hoping to find something comparable closer to home and that’s how we found Flights Wine & Coffee. We arrived shortly after they opened and we did not have reservations. We were sat immediately and ordered a bottle of wine and the meat and cheese plate. Everything was really tasty. I had another glass of wine that the waiter recommended once we finished our bottle and it was amazing! It’s a new favorite of mine. Everyone was very polite and the place is super cozy and inviting. It’s definitely not cheap but in my opinion worth every penny.

Of all the places we went in Morrison, Flights Wine and Coffee was by far and away my favorite place! I loved sitting on the patio and listening to the live music while sipping a truly great flight and snacking on foods that may have been better than the upscale Seattle restaurants that we tend to frequent at home. We had an equally great experience sitting inside and occasionally chatting with the knowledgeable staff while having some sparkly to celebrate our engagement or while eating another absolutely perfect snack and flight. We even purchased a couple of amazing Washington Wines that we had never encountered at home. I must say, I was surprised to fly to CO and come back with a list of wineries with tasting rooms so close to home that we needed to try! Flights Wine and Coffee was so great that we visited at least once a day for the duration of our trip.

Amazing staff, simply astonishing wine selection that rotates seasonally or per availability. Their flights are fantastic. The food is delicious and well proportioned for snacky-foods while drinking delicious wine. Live music is great when it’s there, and the whole atmosphere is very relaxed and fun. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are good for the quality of what you’re getting! If you can, get to their Valentines dinners. Those are a blast!

I had high hopes for Flights Wine and Coffee. I made reservations for my boyfriend’s birthday and we were both very excited to try some new wines out! Their website looked promising and I anticipated it was going to be nothing less than amazing. The place is adorable! Located right in the heart of downtown Morrison, Flights Wine and Coffee is a house converted into a wine café. It is very homey and relaxed inside, which comfortable chairs, fireplaces and original artwork. We stepped inside through the small doorway and were immediately greeted by a server. We were seated in two comfy chairs next to warm fireplace. We ordered two glasses of wine and decided to chat with the owner about his business. I wouldn’t call myself«experienced» in wine, but I do know what I like. The owner was really rude and didn’t even look us in the eye while we were talking to him, he just stared at his computer. He made several snide remarks when my boyfriend made a harmless joke about«white zinfandel» and basically treated us as if we were stupid. It was rather uncomfortable to say the least. Besides the rudeness, the wines were alright. Most of them were from California and were tasty, but nothing really stuck out. Maybe he’d left a bad taste in my mouth? I’m not sure, but the bill certainly did. In my opinion, this little joint is extremely over priced for what they offer. And the french press coffee was awful! I definitely won’t be back, which is a pity because I love wine. This rude, snooty business doesn’t deserve my money.

The restaurant is lovely and service was excellent. Food was ok. Plate presentation was very nice but very little food. I would not go back again. It was outrageously expensive! We had some appetizers and wine and spent more than we would have on dinner & drinks out at a nice place. We came away hungry and broke.

Morrison’s hidden treasure. I almost don’t want to let everyone know how awesome this place it. It’s small, quaint & sophisticated. They have a cute courtyard for outdoor enjoyment. Saturday nights they have live music. One of my favorite wine café’s. They do have some beer! The Chocolate Bomb dessert is amazing!

I don’t write many reviews, but we really enjoyed our evening at Flights. I was looking for a nice leisurely evening to unwind from a stressful week at work. Flights was just what the doctor ordered. Situated in cozy little cottage located in scenic downtown Morrison. Although simple, the small plates were all well executed. The toasted artichoke boat(artichoke hearts with oil, feta, and red peppers) was particularly good. I am not a wine expert but the selection was good and our glasses tasty. And the Donna Frida Creamy Limoncello made for a great dessert. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the folk duo completed the ambiance. We will definitely be back.

Went there for an after hike wine with a friend to catch up. Was impressed by the selection but not the prices. Very pricey for a small Morrison café… the antipasto platters were good but for $ 16 I think the portion sizes should be more like Paris on the Platte(another GREAT coffee/wine bar by the way). I probably won’t go back, we had a gift card and still spent $ 30. Way too much for two flights and one appetizer… total was over $ 50. Bummer, because the wine was good.

Met a few friends this past weekend to celebrate a birthday at Flights. The location and ambiance of this place is fantastic. There’s plenty of seating and a very cozy feel to everything. We sat outside in a quaint garden area with twinkling outdoor lights, plus space heaters to stave off the chill. Some of us tried the red flight, some of us just went my by the glass from the recommendation of our servers. We split a wonderful cheese plate that complimented all the wines really well. Overall Flights Wine & Coffee is a great place to meet and catch up with friends. Their wine selection is extensive and the servers offer fabulous recommendations.

Walking into Flights Wine & Coffee is like walking into someone’s living room. There are chairs and couches, comfy tables, and the whole experience is really there to invite you to spend an afternoon. Which we did on the patio, next to a babbling fountain, fauna, and welcome shade from the afternoon sun. Flights is all about wine and appetizers. So if you want a flight of whites and some exotic cheeses or some other lighter eats, this is perfect. Nothing on the menu really constitutes a dinner, so you just order a lot of small stuff. Also, there is beer and wine, no mixed drinks, but that’s okay, because Flight focuses on doing only a few things very well. It’s a little expensive after you’ve killed a few wines and a few appetizers, but that’s okay, because Flights is great.
