This place is a horrible establishment even under the new name. Staff is rude and very uneducated when it comes to professionalism and customer service. My order was all messed up even after repeating it several times. Please do yourself a favor and just skip by this place.

Stopped spur of the moment after shopping — food was very good and our waitress was lovely but she was a bit overworked. She worked the bar, the dining room and the lounge — tired me out just watching her!

The food here was good when they first opened. The service has always been awful. In the past few months, the food is disgusting and the service is even worse. Avoid this place if you can.

We stopped in after a basketball game. When we arrived, a private party was breaking up in the back of the restaurant. No problem. We sat down and looked at the menu. The only waitress seemed a little frazzled, but she was pleasant. We tried the fried pickle chips and they were great! My step son ordered BBQ wings and they were perfect. We got salads with our meals but both dressings were overly sweet. Mine was sun dried tomato and his was Italian. I’d never tried sun dried tomato, but sweet Italian? Not great. My boyfriend ordered an Antipasto salad and he was happy with it. Ok, now for the not so good. The little guy(with the eyes bigger than his stomach) ordered baked ravioli. He really liked the raviolis and the sauce. The meatball on top, not so much! Well let’s try it. Yuck! My boyfriend said it tasted like dog food or some kind of processed meat. I was going to try it, but I smelled it first(thank God). It smelled really bad! Not appetizing at all! Was it an old meatball that had been in the walk in that had gone bad? No clue, but if that was a fresh meatball? Please tweak the recipe because it was disgusting. Ok, I ordered one of the specials of the day, Seafood Stuffed Manicotti Smothered in Marinara Sauce. I have to say it was awesome! In-house made. It was so light and tasty! The sauce was perfect! Wait a minute, not so fast! I don’t consider a few bay escalopes and imitation Krabmeat, «Seafood Stuffed»! Oh and the price? $ 16.95. I report… you decide!

Roma’s recently opened a third location in Morris, replacing a pizzeria which had pretty much given up on making anything edible — what a welcome change! The pizza was baked just right and toppings were generous, wings were crispy and not overly sauced, and the garlic knots were delicious — we got an extra order to bring home with us. No delivery but the take-out service is quick and the employees are all very kind and ready to help you with your order. I’ll definitely be back, I prefer their pizza to any of the other area pizzerias.
