I enjoy shopping here, but I have major issues with their pricing systems. It is very common for items in the produce section to not have any price on them, which is frustrating and often deters me from buying items I’m interested in. I could track down a produce employee and ask them to price check it, but that usually involves a lengthy wait as they have to go to the back and speak with a manager. Worse than missing prices though and my biggest issue with the store is that items will frequently ring up at the wrong prices. This is awful, and requires me to keep a careful eye on the register as my items are scanned. I can not even count all the times I have found errors(in the store’s favor) while they are ringing up my shopping cart. The errors happen mostly with produce, and I’ve seen some very costly errors. Once lemons were supposed to be 10 for $ 1.00. I bought about 30 to make some lemonade. They rang up at $ 1 each for a total of $ 30! After the cashier checked with manager turns out they were supposed to be only 10 cents each… I am glad I caught this one, but other times I have not been so lucky. Sometimes cashiers will ring up produce from«memory» but use the wrong code(different variety of apple for example) where the price difference can be $ 1 – 2 more a pound. I would say almost every other trip I have to correct a price error which is honestly unacceptable. With all of today’s technology, the pricing errors happen way to often and have frustrated me very much to the point I have considered shopping elsewhere. On the plus side, I am happy to have seen them beginning to carry some vegan food items which is great. More of that please. I want to keep shopping here, but for the love of God please fix your prices.

The store itself is usually clean and well stocked. The pharmacy screws up my prescriptions 9 out of 10 times and no one seems to care about their errors. They blame it in my dr… who I know is not responsible. I will not return to this store after being verbally assaulted by a supposed employee in the parking lot at 12:15am after I got done unloading groceries & preparing to use Redbox. I was accused of stealing 2 planters, not being a customer, not being in the store a half hour prior, illegally parking in a handicapped spot & not being legally disabled. A cleaning person called 911 which resulted in me being told to leave or get arrested for loitering. Manager was very sincere, District Manager was a jerk. Employee not fired and I can not go back to a store where the inmates run the asylum. He was in the wrong and lied. Afraid of running into this psycho.

Big parking lot, clean bathroom, helpful staff, fresh and stocked produces and poultry. The flowers are a bit pricey but they are fresh and pretty. The staff even offers to wrap up flower pots for you so you can give it as gifts.

On a recent visit to that area we needed to stop in for a few things. The store is neat and clean but needs some supervision in at least their produce department. I purchased a cantelope for $ 1.88. When I was checking out I was being charged $ 2.50. I questioned this and was told that the $ 1.88 was the sales price for the July 4th holiday. I said the 4th was days ago and your sign in produce is $ 1.88 so that is the only amount that I will pay for this. The cashier called over another woman to do an override and that women was complaining to the cashier that she had to do an override for other items in which the signs were not changed. Sounds like this store needs to get it together!
