I love Wash N’ Wiggle. I bring my little dog Brody in for Daycare often and all of the staff is always very pleasant. He is a very high energy little 13 pound dog that most people would find annoying, but WNW takes such good care of him. I always ask if he was crazy, and they always report back that he had such a fun time playing with all of the other dogs. I believe it because he passes out in the car before we even get home (and I live across the street) thank you Wash N’ Wiggle for giving me a place to bring my little guy, I know how much he loves going to daycare with you all

Wash N Wiggle was so nice to our Rosie! We did not have an appointment & they fit us in right away & super efficient! Done in less than an hour! Totally great service & the owner Cynthia was super nice & gave us good info since we just moved here! Rosie will be back for sure

We had a wonderful experience with our dogs’ grooming. The employees were attentive and when I explained that one of our dogs has joint pain, she handled her with the utmost care. Everyone we encountered was friendly and both our dogs had incredible haircuts. We will definitely continue to bring them here!

I love Wash N’ Wiggle! The owner Cindy and her staff are fantastic. I was in desperate need for a dog walking service after bringing my daughter home from the hospital in August of 2015. Cindy always came to the rescue; even if she didn’t have anyone available she would come herself to walk my dog. Jill, our regular dog walker, was always punctual, gave Scout extra attention and play time and treated Scout as if she were her own.
Scout loves going to Wash N’ Wiggle! Se is groomed to perfection and always comes home with the perfect accessory — a bandana.
I highly recommend Wash N’ Wiggle. They are a constant that neither Scout nor I can live without!

Wash N’ Wiggle… Above and Beyond… My beloved Wheaten Terrier is dying from bladder cancer that has moved into her kidneys. On Friday, she suffered sever diarrhea in the backseat of my car. Since she is on chemo, which makes it dangerous for me to touch because of a medical condition, I was in a terrible bind. I had my two-​year in the car and Lulu was in distress. I had a half hour till my vet appointment and the vet had stated that they had no techs who could clean Lulu up before her appointment. She was a mess; my backseat was a complete mess. I called Wash N’ Wiggle and spoke to Ilene who told me to come over, and that they would fit Lulu in. I had no gloves to touch Lulu to get her out of the car. Ilene came into the parking lot and cleaned up my car. Lulu went into additional distress, so I called the vet who said take her right over. Thus Ilene cleaned my car and gave me a towel for Lulu to sit on, and we didn’t even get a wash done. When I called later to thank her again, she told me: «We are here to help.» I cannot express my gratitude for the kindness. What a seller operation… can’t say it enough…

Wash n Wiggle is infused with the owners heart. Cindy is hands on and knows every dog. I have been using the pet squad 5 days a week every week for the last year and they have exceeded my expectations. Jill is the primary person walking my pugs and she is amazing. She handles them with such care and love. I get pics and and a status of how they did every day. They love her! Cindy has really made this business a huge success by who she hires. I would never go anywhere else!

After moving to this area from Cherry Hill, I was searching for a really great dog grooming place to take my maltese. I called and made an appointment and told them that I would need a weekday appointment because I work. They suggested I drop him off at 3pm (the last appointment) and I could pick him up when I’m done work no later than 6pm. That worked out perfectly for my schedule. From the moment that I stepped inside, the groomer (can’t remember her name) was really friendly to my dog and reassured me that he would be fine. When I went to pick him up he looked great and was just hanging out in the grooming area since he was the last one to be picked up. The next day the owner called me to see if I was satisfied with their service, which no one else does and I was really impressed by that. I don’t normally write reviews but realize how often I check reviews for new places and thought everyone should know they get an A+ in my book. Overall, they set my expectations for what kind of cut he would get and then informed me that he was so well behaved. I highly recommend them.

from the moment i called to make an appointment to get my dog groomed, these ladies were all so nice and helpful. they took about 2.5 hours to groom my very messy bichon and this is the best most adorable hair cut she’s ever had. even though we always ask places to make sure her paws are trimmed b/​c she slips on wood floors, ppl usually don’t do a thorough job. michelle L had every single inch of the dog perfect. i’m really so happy that this will be our new local groomer.

Tried several times calling to make an appointed but to no avail. Not matter what time of day I have called. Leaving a voice mail message doesn’t cut it for me. Today I called and got through but was hung up on. I called back again and finally spoke to someone and aired my complaint about no one answering the phone at 5:30 PM (they state the hours are from 9 – 6) and was told that is when they start cleaning up. So why state you are open until 6:00 PM? I work too hard for money to give to this business. So many other better places with better attitudes.

We adopted/​rescued two sweet adult dogs three weeks ago. We took them to Wash ‘n Wiggle today for baths. What a great place. They provide everything, even aprons so you don’t get wet when bathing them. Bath time took 20 minutes with both girls in the same tub. Staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. Very reasonable prices, very clean and lots of different services. We’ll go back.

What a wonderful place!
We have been using WW for about a year for nail trims and weekend trips. They are flexible and happily accommodate my last minute work emergencies and come and walk our 2 pups. When we go away for the weekend they pick up and drop off the dogs and bring them to the store for «day care» and tuck them in at night. Having had past terrible experiences with other kennels/​dog daycares, I was wary but the whole team is wonderful!
I was inspired to post a review today based on the experience we had this weekend. Both dogs received baths, nail trims, and adorable bandanas from Cindy while at daycare. Then, Jill (who is amazing and deserves a raise!), fixed Diamond’s broken food dish –which has been broken for weeks. To top it off, the power went out and they couldn’t get into our house through the garage. The ladies tried everything from looking for an open window, changing garage opener batteries, and coming back multiple (extra) times. All of this was on Easter Sunday I might add. I came home to two happy, calm doggies thanks to the above-​and-​beyond efforts of the WW crew.

The staff here seriously rocks!!! I can not get over what a reliable and dependable establishment this is.
Prior to working with Wash N Wiggle, I had gone through 2 dog walkers, which were a total disappointment. Not showing up when they said they would, or properly taking care of my dog, Muddy. Once I switched over to Wash N Wiggle, I have never looked back.
These ladies are serious about animals and their care. I use them for dog walks, when I have long days at work and when I am out of town. For those times I am out of town, I am able to leave my dog at home, and they stop by four times throughout the day. My dog is older and does not do well in a kennel, so it is so nice to be able to leave her at the house where she is comfortable, while the team from Wash N Wiggle diligently care for her.
They send photos and updates on every visit and I can choose how long the visit is for and what it includes.
Their prices are also super reasonable, which is nice, since I use their services so often.
I have been working with them for two years now, and not one time have I had an issue. These ladies are professional and crazy about animals.

I had one experience at wash and wiggle and never returned. I am not sure if the woman up front was the owner or not but she was extremely rude and pushy. She kept calling my dog by the wrong and was on her cell phone while i was trying to ask her about her other services. Not only that but one of her employees (who i found to be nicer than her) was treated very unprofessionally to the point where i felt uncomfortable. The only good thing was how my dogs hair came out. The groomers were all very nice, attentive, and skilled. I gave this place two stars because of the groomers. However I won’t be returning.

Having a high maintenance grooming dog can be a pain. However, WW did a great job today! I absolutely love the cut and really enjoyed my interactions with the employees and the establishment. Everyone bringing their animals in seemed happy and the animals even more so. The employees were pleasant and friendly as well. I am thankful to have found them. My dog did have a cut from the trimmers but with his hair before the cut that’s not surprising. It doesn’t take away from my experience or make me not want to go back. It was a simple mistake. Everything else was perfect.

After my first visit with a 7 month old puppy (6 pounds), I picked her up to find her groggy and lethargic. That lasted 2 days. She was more sedated after visiting this business than after she was spayed. I would never trust this business with my precious puppy again.

Dog gone wonderful! WW has been a life saver to us on many occasions. We get nearly daily dog walking for our older dog who just can’t go all day anymore. Their dog walkers or pet CPA certified and have cleaned up his messes on many occasions. They always check his water and send us a nice little text confirming they’ve been there and letting us know what he’s up to!
When they first opened we tried their self service wash bays. They were nice, but our dog just hates being wet. Now he gets chauffeur serve to his grooming appointments which is a life saver for our busy family.
Two years ago we hit a deer and we’re stranded in upstate New York while our dog was home alone. A quick text massage and the Dog Squad went to our house and walked our dog and went first thing the next morning. I don’t know what we’d do without them!

Wash N’ Wiggle should be a model for how to run a small business. They are really doing everything right here. Staff is friendly, compassionate and knowledgable. I have been here a few times so far and am always amazed how immaculate the facility kept inside and out.
The self service dog wash rooms are great. The tubs are large enough to accommodate any size dog and electronically raise and lower to your desired level. 4 different types of shampoos are available and conveniently dispense by sprayer. The room is also fully stocked with all the supplies you could think of (brushes, towels, nail clippers, etc). As soon as you are done, a staff member is there to clean up the mess.
I think the prices are also very reasonable. Use of the self service rooms is $ 20 for 30 minutes. You also have the option to pre-​pay for 5 washes for $ 80 which works out to only $ 16 each.

We had the pleasure of living around the corner from this groomer/​boutique. Now that we’ve moved away, it is hard to find a place that compares to the staff and service at Wash n Wiggle. They carry a variety of unique and hard to find pet items and always offer great advice.
We utilized their grooming services many times and were always satisfied with how our Golden looked after his session. The self-​service available is also a nice option. They have everything you need to wash your pooch (brushes, scrubbers, a variety of soaps) including the adjustable height wash tub.
Another great service they provide is dog walking and in-​home pet sitting. For a reasonable rate, the team will come check on your pup for 15 – 60 minutes, take them for a walk, give food and meds and come back later in the day. In a pinch, we were able to use this in lieu of an expensive dog boarding facility.

Excellent trimming and care here for our short-​haired four-​legged member of the family. She Who Determines Pet Issues absolutely loves the groomer here, her name is Jill, and I have to agree that Jill does an excellent job of making our pooch look and smell presentable.
A full-​service grooming at Wash & Wiggle for our small pup costs $ 55 plus tax plus big tip, it works out to about $ 8/​pound :) That price seems darn high to me but we have paid that same amount in Madison, it just seems to be the going rate. Having a dog that needs trimming is a luxury, so big surprise, it’s priced accordingly. If it helps, every 10^th time or so there’s a slight discount.
You can bring your dog in and rent a tub for a modest fee. The whole thing moves up and down so you’re not squatting or bending way over! The fancy hose shoots water and soap together also. Looks great for a senior citizen type. Us, we toss the dog in the sink LOL.
