Clean, sleek, inviting welcome center with good bathrooms with lots of stalls and vending machines on site in a separate area.

Ive been on a tour of the various State Welcome Centers in the past 18 months. West Virginias are not the best of the bunch. For starters, the day I passed through they were not plowed, and it was dangerous, for drivers, people walking into the center and pretty much anyone else too. Smaller Welcome Center, but fine on that front. If you want to stop to stretch your legs, its fine, but I would not stop here if they have had snow anytime in the past 48 hours.
