I must admit I am a hot dog snob. I run my own cart and without bragging, my dogs beat all others hands down. The problem is, I rarely have time to run my cart any more so getting one of my dogs is difficult.
That having been said in Morgantown, WV barring mine the best hot dogs probably come from T&L. He has the best quality, a great chilli, good slaw, and even has other weiners such as Polska Kielbasa. The mall store also has an expanded menu that includes among others good hamburgers, and wickedly good fries.
Rob even runs a cart on High St. from time to time. Definitely give T&L a try!

The best thing here is definitely the chili. You can order different heat levels (mild, medium, hot). We liked the chili so much that we bought a tub to take home. The décor is reminiscent of a 50’s diner

Definitely order a pepperoni roll. They grill them and serve them like an open-faced hot dog. You can add chili and cheese too. Be warned about the cheese, though. It’s the pour over «nacho cheeze» stuff – probably from a giant can. The rolls already have some good cheese, so the added stuff isn’t necessary. Unfortunately their plastic utensils and napkins don’t hold up well, so pick up extras.
Don’t automatically be sucked in to the Chick-Fil-A line next door; try a West Virginia tradition at T & L.
