If I could add another star, I would! James came out today and helped me in a pinch with some pipe issues. He was efficient, kind, reasonably priced, and perhaps most important, he really knew what he was doing and was willing to take the time to explain to me exactly why I was having issues and how I could even prevent it myself in the future. One of the things that impressed me the most was that he wasn’t «pushy» and didn’t try to scare me into any unnecessary purchases or take advantage of me because I’m a woman. He earns his title of his «Ph.D.» — he definitely knows his stuff… and well enough that you will learn some things yourself in the process! When I moved to Morgantown, I went through my fair share of poor plumbers, and I had just about given up, thinking there just wasn’t a really competent, honest one here in town. James is a saving grace! He is the only one I’ll call in the future for any issues… my only concern is that he may book up quickly down the road. I have a feeling he will be the only one people will turn to here in town!
