I took an order online with a promo code. However, I was not allowed to pick it up since the promo code was not available in my area, according to the Manager. I checked my credit card and there was a pending charge already. I have to call 855−372−6372 to cancel my order. I will never come again, never ever!!!

I was extremely excited to have a Panera within walking distance of my house. I have eaten here about 20 times since it has built. A majority of the times were sadly an unpleasant experience. I have been served cold mac n cheese multiple times(to the point where i have stopped ordering it); my sandwich containing things i asked to be placed aside; stale bread. The staff honestly just does not care about their jobs. I always see the management sitting around at the tables chatting with the other employees. Corporate definitely needs to make a stop in there sometime soon. Today will be my last time ever visiting this location. This really saddens me but it will be worth the 10 minute drive to visit the other location on Patteson Dr which always has been a great experience

What’s there to add about the second Panera in Morgantown and the first two-story café in the state of West Virginia? Well, not much, unfortunately. But there are some important notes to add here. Although the crowds during lunch have begun to look a little more like the Patterson Ave. location, the Willey St. Panera is not as well trained or staffed. In the 5 times I’ve gotten meals at this Panera, the food has universally been sloppy: half-filled bowls of soup, sandwiches with missing ingredients, and on one occasion, even stale bread. In this Panera’s defense, it is centrally located and offers a great deal of natural light. Their layout is unique, their space is generous, and their wifi connection is very strong. To ensure that this location succeeds, however, they’ll need to really step up their food game. The coffee and tea consistent enough; it’s the rest of the menu that needs their attention, and desperately, I might add. This Panera adds a little spice to the life of High Street, but for consistently tasty sandwiches and well-brewed coffee, The Grind WV is still the best place in the area. This Panera is well-managed, clean, and a good spot to get work done. They’ll need to change some things up to find the kind of loyal following that has graced the Patterson Ave. location.
