Good portions at a good price! Friendly service! Can’t go wrong with any of their hoagies or steaks. My favorite is their Italian hoagie. $ 6 – 7 for a small of $ 7 – 8 for a large. Small is perfect even if you’re really hungry. I always take it to-go but they do have some tables and booths if you want to sit and eat. Downside is they only take cash or business check(if you want catering). If they accepted credit cards, I would definitely order more often! Nuse’s is located right on route 23 near the ramp for the PA Turnpike(across the street from the Rite-Aid). There are a couple parking spots out front or you can park in the back.

First timer … Stopped in for quick lunch before getting on the Turnpike and was pleasantly surprised! Large hoagie with plenty of everything! Friendly and fast. Will be back for sure.

I’m addicted! I actually crave their outstanding steak sandwiches. Every sandwich/hoagie from Nuses(and I’ve had MANY) has been delicious and large. The rolls are always fresh and make the hoagie authentic. The people working there are wonderful and always make you feel welcome!

I really think this place is overrated. We ordered 3 cheesesteaks, a kids chicken fingers with fries, an order of fries & onion rings. The cheesesteaks were ok — decent but basic. Ordered sauce on mine, which I didn’t get… grrrr. Cheese is melted on top instead of mixed throughout steak… it ended up being a pretty dry sandwich. We ordered garlic steak sandwiches, that itself saved the sandwich. French fries were basic — eh. Onion rings would have been good if they weren’t over fried and almost black. Seriously, why would they even have bagged that up for us? Shame on the person who clearly doesn’t care about the quality of food and was too lazy to drop another order of onion rings and let them fry for two whole minutes. Cash only. I live in Lancaster County and am accustomed to small, plain sect businesses that are cash only. This business is neither. So their«cash only» is nonsense. It’s an outdated and terribly inconvenient business practice. Food was okay. I wasn’t terribly impressed by it and won’t be rushing back there anytime soon.

Still the best chicken cheesesteak for miles around! Only bummer is the cash-only status and frequently no running water, leaving only bottled-water options.

I’ve loved Nuse’s since I was a teen back in the 80s. The only problem is, it’s almost 2015 and they still don’t take credit cards. They will, however, let you use their ATM, for which they charge you an extra $ 2. I would go to Nuse’s so much more often if I didn’t have to stop at the bank first.

The hoagies are unmatched by any other sub shop I’ve ever been to! There are generous portions of meat, perfectly balanced by the right amounts of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion, all in a tantalizing roll. The shop is in a quaint historic house right in the middle of town. While the interior décor has outlived its«quaintness», it is clean and kept up. You are there for the food. Parking: While parking in Morgantown is generally a nonissue, this particular spot gets congested. The local’s know the trick… park behind the shop. East bound on RT23, just pull in and drive around back. West bound, drive past the shop and take your first left(just before Rita’s), follow that road for about 100 yards to your first left(looks like little lane from a bad movie). To exit, just follow the«bad movie» lane out of the back of the parking lot, turn right and roll up to RT23(to go east or west). The BEST hoagies I’ve ever had!

Seriously the best place to get a sub!!! I have 3 beautiful daughters and with every pregnancy I ate here at least once a week!!! I don’t get there that often now, but still my #1 spot when ordering out!!! In fact I may have to order this weekend now that I mention it! :)

You wouldn’t expect it from the appearance, but great deli! Fresh meats, wide selection and friendly staff!

Best hoagies in the area. Didn’t care for the cheese steaks. Steaks didn’t have the quality of meat as the hoagies.

The kind of sandwich places across the country imitate, and they charge half the price. I wish we had a shop like Nuse’s in my neighborhood back in SF.

Had the buffalo chicken cheese steak. The chicken was not stir fried in the buffalo sauce so they put it on afterwards. It was alright nothing great nothing horrible.

One of the best delis in the area. You can’t go wrong with their cheese steaks. Their pizza is also delicious, with a thick, crisp crust. The only negative is that they only take cash.

Tried for the first time today on the way home from work. Absolutely delicious. Fresh italian meats and cheese. Also a good amount of toppings. Definitely stopping again.

This is solely based on my one visit there 15 years ago. I went to high school around there and went there with my mother one day. The whole purpose for this review is to give amazing kudo’s to the cheesesteak stomboli I once had here. It is definitely that memorable. I’ve heard from family and friends that it is still that good… you need to check this out!

Great Deli! Fast and Good. I have had several sandwiches here and have been happy with all of them. They only take cash so bring the bills or run across the street for a drink with cash back. Steak and cheese is good if you do it right!
