I’ve brought my dog here for over 3 years. I’ve never really felt they have truly provided good service. The staff isn’t helpful or friendly Dr. Taylor has no bedside manner and really seems to struggle with his interactions with humans. He is great with my dog but that is about the only positive. The vet actually over vaccinated my dog so they could make extra money off us. They’ve also done things like said «here is a sample of ear medication try it and let us know if you like it» except when I went to pay I was being charged for medicine? Long wait room times and small cramped area for wait is almost inexcusable. Bottom line cheat lake or paw prints is probably a safer option when it comes down to overall care for your animal.
