Okay! So I finally ran the numbers and getting the yearly unlimited wax is the way to go!!! For 600 dollars you can get your Brazilian as often as you want for a year! I’m excited! I was bummed at first because Chanliza left and I was wondering who would be my new wax specialist?
So of course I turn to Unilocal and I see a recommendation for a Anna Lisa. so I decided to give her a shot. On Unilocal it said that she was as gentle as you could be:) but, yesterday I was reminded of when I first starting going in Georgia! She was gentle and efficient! I will go to her from now on! I also like the vibe I get when I go in. The from staff is always sweet and very professional. One of the girls actually remembers my name.
It’s nice to go some where where people know you and you are treated well! I’m glad I am doing the yearly pass! It’s totally worth the money! Annalisa is my new wax specialist!

I have been to European Wax Centers before. I came here and received a consultation and waxing from Mandy. I found her to be very thorough with removing hair, she explained products that help you care for your skin between waxes, and the wax itself was uncomfortable as expected but not painful. I am happy with my service. The front desk really sold the deals, which I suppose helps me save money in the long run, but I do not appreciate the hard sell.

I had a terrible experience there on a Sunday afternoon. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. They only had one therapist there and she was new and inexperienced. Once I finally got to the room it took 75 minutes to do my eyebrows and a Brazillian! She also charged me an extra $ 14 to do a small strip on my stomach. When she was done with my eyebrows, she wanted me to turn around on the table and put my head where my feet had previously been (with my shoes on) and she didn’t bother to tear the paper off the table and get rid of the dirt where my feet had previously been… so I did it myself. She also left in the middle of my wax for about 3 – 4 minutes to get her supervisor because it was clear she had done very few Brazillians! She left me in the room with the wax still on my body! When the supervisor came in she told her student to «not to worry about hurting her because she knows what she signed up for». I was appalled and angry. I work in the medical profession and am totally understanding of training new people and what that requires but my experience at European Wax was awful! I have been to many spas before and never had an experience like this. They definitely lost a new customer!!!
