Slow. But they apologized for the wait. Same as last time I was here. Apparently slow is relative to where you are from.

We stopped here during our annual holiday road trip. I watched the kids in the playground area while my husband ordered food for the family. The first thing I noticed is that it was really cold in the playground. When my husband came with the drinks, he mentioned it, too. He went back to the counter to get our food and spoke with the manager about the temperature. The manager said that the heating in that part of the building was broken.
As he was going back and forth between the two areas, he would leave the door between the rooms open, and every time an employee would promptly come by and close it. This made the distinct impression that they did not care that it was in the 50s in that room, they were not interested in allowing it to warm up. The outside temperature was 46 degrees, and we had 6-​month-​old infants with us. For all we know, the heat may have been turned off to save money, since it was comfortably warm in the restaurant area. If this is the case, how can you have a family-​friendly fast food restaurant with a playground for kids and not heat that space during the winter?
Besides the coldness of the room, my food was cold, too. The flavor was good, at least.
As we were preparing to pack up and leave, we had the kids use the restroom and tried to change the babies’ diapers. Unfortunately, there is no changing area in the women’s restroom. (I did not check the men’s.) Although I hated to do it, I ended up changing their diapers in the booth seats, since it was cold and rainy outside and we had no other place to do it.
I think this restaurant has a long way to go to become a welcoming, comfortable place for families with kids. It was bad enough for me to create a Unilocal account and write my first review!

Service was very slow bathroom was broken. Not a good place to stop for food if you are traveling to eat quick.
