Roadside Ribs Bbq

I ordered over this past weekend as I had a groupon to use. Had the 2^nd gear which included pulled pork or chicken (went with pork), a side (chose max n cheese), chicken wings, buns and a bottle of sauce. I added cole slaw to my order as well.
The best part of this meal were the wings– lightly seasoned and grilled. The mac n cheese was flavorless and was made with tri-​colored rotini, not appealing to my kids at all. The cole slaw was made mostly with red cabbage and was huge chunks. We had to use our handy pampered chef salad chopper to cut it into manageable cole slaw like pieces.
The pulled pork was fine, very vinegary and came with small schwebels slider buns.
When we arrived for pick up, we were surprised that all of this food was cold! We thought we could add some ribs but they were sold out. Thankfully, two bros BBQ is not far and they saved this meal from epic failure.
I’m giving roadside ribs two stars bc the wings weren’t bad but I will not be returning in the future and will suggest you save your money and head over to Presto to eat at Two Bros BBQ instead.

Most BBQ Shaks work to be known from the sauces. Well Roadside Rigs is the official manufacturer of Big Bens BBA Sauce, that come in five flavors. This little place is only open for lunch from 11 to 2, on weekdays. Not open on weekends so they must do catering and cook out of there red trailer.
The take home tubs are nice and of course Roadside does catering. There are several meats-​Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, Shredded Chicken. They also have hamburgers (someone was eating one and it was large), grilled hot dogs, grilled chicken wings and even a grilled chicken salad.
Had the hot sauce and it was good on the Baby Back Ribs. The ribs were cooked perfectly, easy to take off the bones but still tasty and juicy. Also, shared a pulled pork sandwich that came on a big bun, large and tasty.
There are several sides. The cole slaw is great. Sharp, tart with some sweetness and both red and green cabbage. Not many make as good a slaw.
