Daniel Walters is definitely not a good divorce lawyer. I used him 7 years ago and Ifelt like they were draining my finances needlessly. Please stay away from Daniel Walters.

Beware. I have the utmost respect for most lawyers, as they have a very important job in Family Law cases. Unfortunately, Daniel Walter is the type of attorney that taints the reputation of all other lawyers. He appears to lack professionalism, knowledge of law, and any personal scruples. He has consistently filed inaccurate documents, defrauded the courts authority, delayed nearly every court appearance possible, refused to finalize divorce, and created endless chaos (resulting in hundreds of extra billable hours). There are many better resources out there, and I would suggest using them.

My experience with the lawyer that works for this firm has not been great. His name is Daniel Walter. He works in Fremont and Morgan Hill office. He did not do any work and kept charging me. He did not complete my divorce case, after paying him over $ 10,000 over two years. It was simple case where we both agreed and sign the papers. The papers he filed with court in Hayward got rejected 4 times. He did not know how to file the papers correctly. I went to couple of other lawyers and they both said he did a poor job with your case. He did not follow the rules and right papers were not filed.
So, I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone at all.
