Taco Bell

Pathetic is what the employees of this particular location attempt to pass off as food. My daughter ordered several regular tacos without lettuce (she doesn’t like lettuce) and the attached photos are what was given to her on a drive-​through order. What a rip off charging for this, these look like taco shells that have virtually no filling whatsover.
It always amazes me the lack of leadership at many fast food restaurants as well as the lack of care and dedication many of these workers have. For most it is an entry level job, but I just don’t understand if you don’t take pride in what you are doing at that level, how will you ever get to the next level professionally? Makes no sense but I guess that is why some folks make minimum wage their entire life while others start at a Fast Food restaurant and end up owning one some day.

This is my go to Taco Bell. The drive through is always quick! I have noticed that sometimes the employees are busy conversing with one another and greet you as a afterthought. This has never happened with Shea who has helped me at least half of the time. He seems to be quick and knowledgeable of the drive through process and how to manage it. He always asks if you need extra sauce which I appreciate. My order is always correct and I don’t need to worry about double checking before I leave.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area :) the staff is super friendly and they’re super fast.

I only come here for «munchies» but I will say they always get my order right and the place is clean. That being said, the Drive thru is the longest wait I’ve ever seen in fast food. I know everything moves a bit slower in M.H. but come on!

Been eating here for yrs and always a good serving for good price. Very friendly staff.

Quick drive thru service and so polite!

This is watered down fauxican food that is riddled with Monsanto products all over. Remember they are part of YUM brands like Kentucky Mutated Arsenic Chicken and Pizza Slop. We can’t trust any of their latent products. It’s idiotic to have TWO taco bell… is the town just dumb deaf and blind? When will we say we the people and do not want this trash to reside in this town?

I love Taco Bell however this taco bells’s Baja blast freeze never is working. I honestly have gone there 10 times to ask and see if they’ve had it working and it doesn’t work.
They also never give you any hot sauce and try to rush you through the drive-​through so you can’t ask her the hot sauce.

If you need Taco Bell… Go to this one, not the one on Monterey Rd. Always delightful service with far less mistakes. Tacos and burritos always look like they should. With the exception of maybe twice in a year, so not bad at all. Sometimes the wait in the drive thru is a bit silly. Waiting 10 minutes the other day and I was only the 3^rd car. Anyway… this one is probably the best Taco Bell I have ever been to.

I don’t normally rate fast food joints but this taco bell is by far the best t-​bell I’ve ever had!!! They are always generous with their cheese and sauces in the quesadilla.

Fresca menu ftw! Doesn’t give you that nasty feeling afterwards if you eat too many of the heavier-​calorie items :)

I really like coming to this taco bell for lunch. I try to stay away from fast food but the reason I’m writing this review is for the people that work there. Whether the drive up window or dinning in they are always friendly and the time the food is always ready fast. Great to see them taking pride in there work.

The cashier was rude, and they forgot to include some essentials (I need a fork to eat my salad). No mirror in the bathroom. I also dislike that the soda machine is unaccessible to customers. At least this location is right off 101 but with a nicer subway right next to it, I don’t really want to come back.

Love Taco Bell! This one is cheap (just like them all), convenient (right off of 101 in Morgan Hill), but for some reason there is always something wrong with my order. It’s especially worse when you are going through the drive thru and realize it once you have pulled away or gotten home. Food is good. They need to hire some people who know what they are doing though.

I like Taco Bell. This is a good Taco Bell, usually clean, decent staff. They sometimes get the order wrong on a large take home order but nothing terrible.
The score is ⁴⁄₅ for Taco Bells. You know what you’re going to get and if you like that kind of thing then this place is fine.

Let me start off by saying that the food at Taco Bell is pretty consistent, and really satisfies. This location in Morgan Hill serves the standard menu, with no surprises. It’s also conveniently located right off the 101 freeway @ Dunne + Condit.
The only issue with this store is that the drive-​thru service can be fairly inconsistent. On some nights, they just can’t get things right; the staff here are NOTORIOUS for forgetting to include certain items. I can’t stress this enough! In fact, I would accurately say that they will forget to include something, or mess up 40−50% of the time. Their error rate is very high compared with other stores. In addition, they will sometimes short change you, so be careful!
The other annoying thing is that the staff will often ask you the same questions over and over again. For example, I will be asked by the DT staff if I want sauce, and I will tell them yes. A few seconds later, a second person will ask me the same question, then just before they give me the items, they will ask yet AGAIN the same question…
Aside from the good food here, the DT is very shoddy, so it is highly recommended that orders are completely checked for accuracy before leaving.
