T L Nail Spa

I have been here three times now after being at another salon in town for the last 10 years, and am very pleased! I left my last salon because the prices grew to be outrageous; T L is great and I have definitely found my new home salon! I’m picky about the length of my nails, and no salon ever seems to listen when I tell them I want them short. T L has gotten it right every time I’ve been, the ladies are quick, and the salon is clean. The best part is, my nails actually last 3+ weeks! Great place, will be bringing my friends.

I went in for a pedicure with my mom. They asked us to come back in an hour, which we did. Upon our arrival, they seemed very surprised that we actually came back. We were seated and offered water and tea. The place seemed nice enough and was pretty clean. The reason I’m giving this place only 3 stars has a lot to do with the girl in particular that was supposed to do my pedicure. She didn’t do anything. It wasn’t necessarily that she did anything bad, she didn’t cut me or hurt me in any way and what she did, she did fine. But that’s just it, she didn’t do anything. My pedicure only lasted literally 10 minutes. I basically paid $ 18 for her to scrub my feet and then paint them. No filing or trimming, no cuticle care, no massage of any kind. Granted it does say on the menu that you have to pay at least $ 25 to have the massage included. My mom on the other hand, had a great pedicure and paid the same price. Regrettably, we didn’t get either of their names. It may have been an off day for my lady and maybe I should’ve just gotten the most expensive pedicure and I would’ve had a different experience. But I certainly will not be back.
