I feel bad about only two stars but i’m keeping five stars for way over the top type places. Normally i would give more stars to this location as i come in here frequently and enjoy the hard working friendly staff. Today i purchased a cup of coffee and about two thirds of the way through it i encountered a bunch of coffee grounds and i assure you that i do not like grounds in my coffee nor egg shells in my eggs. Fix this issue and i’ll give more stars.

There is always a long line to the door every time I go. This starbucks is very spacious and has a great atmosphere if you want to get some work done. Every barista always has a smile on their face, with excellent customer service. Honestly, I’m not surprised so many people come here!

Had awful costumer service today at this location. The employees on shift around 1pm decided that they would rather fool around behind the counter by talking and making drinks. A couple of the employees were not even working, they must have been off there shift because there was 5 of them behind the counter. The guy who took my order was trying to multi task by taking my order and conversing with his coworkers so I had to repeat my order twice to him he still didn’t pay attention. After being highly annoyed we got our drinks and they were both WRONG! What happened to this location? It was the best location in Morgan Hill they must have had a change in management because I’ve never received such bad costumer service here.

So I have been to this location multiple times, morning, day, and night for many years. The service is good most of the time in the morning and during the day. However the evening and night hours they are extremely slow! When you live out of town and you are passing through, the last thing you want is a 10 – 15 minute wait for 2 mochas when you are the only ones there. Lots of seating is a plus… have a seat, it’s gonna be awhile. Hahaha!

My experience with most of the staff is exemplary, but I have to drop some stars off because one of their female morning baristas drives me a little nuts. It’s always busy and noisy when I come in and she never yells out the drinks that are ready loud enough so people can actually hear. The drinks just sit on the counter until people come to check for themselves. I was also disappointed when they were incredibly busy, forgot to give my husband a spoon for his yogurt, ignored him while he was trying to ask for one, and then the same barista scolded him for reaching across the counter to get one for himself.

My family loves it here! There are quite a few Starbucks locations in Morgan Hill but we refer to this one as «our» Starbucks! All the ladies working there are very friendly and make excellent drinks! Tamara is our favorite lady there! She is wonderful! When we go there we always hope to see her! :-)

The only reason I give it two stars is because it’s by my house and on the way to work so it’s a convienant location. But the service there is terrible minus one or two baristas. Micah is wonderful, and so is Sarah, but unfortunately today Micah was doing most of the pastries and food and Sarah wasn’t there. Other than that they don’t listen to your order, today some young girl with darker hair messed up not one but two of my drinks, did you not listen? Very very poor service and the lady I told very nicely that the drinks were wrong just looked at me like really I have to fix these. And why is it this Starbucks always over prices my drinks most other locations it’s maybe 9.45−10 dollars at most. 13.65 is what I paid today. Well it’s time to start going to the Starbucks in Safeway.

My favorite Starbucks! Everyone is super friendly and they are very good with complex orders. Great location with plenty of parking too! They can get pretty busy during the morning school rush, but the baristas are good at keeping the line moving.

Nice location but my last few visits, I’ve had some very unfriendly service from an older lady who works there. I mean: no smile, no greeting, took my order, took my money and moved to the next customer with no thank you at all. It wasn’t even busy.
Otherwise, the other staff members have been friendly and helpful. I hate to give such a low rating when the rest of my experience and service was decent, but compared to other, even busier Starbucks I’ve been to where the staff has been so friendly that you just wish they served you every time, this particular store is bleak in comparison at least, as long as this lady is at the cashier.
I’m hoping things will be different in the future.

I come here often. Mainly because the internet here is faster than the other Starbucks in the area. This time I went however… really impressed me. I sat down and pulled out my laptop and the table was a little uneven and my coffee spilled all over the table… and my macbook air. I rush over to get a bunch of napkins and before I even get back one of the managers had wiped off my laptop, reordered my drink for me, and had been cleaning off the area. The manager quickly fixed the uneven table too. Overall best service I’ve seen in awhile.

Such a pretty Starbucks!
Hubs and I ended up here while we were killing some time before meeting a friend. We had gotten some bagels from Main St Bagel and needed a jolt of caffeine. I was thinking of looking for a mom and pop place, but why mess with old faithful?
This location was pretty cool because of its convenient location and how nice it was on the inside. The service was impeccable and it was nice to have some tables in the gorgeous sunshine.

Been coming here occasionally but never really noticed how nice this location is. Well turned out they just remodeled a week ago. Lol.
I’m liking the new design and layout. Liked it so much I took a bunch of pictures to post on Unilocal.The seats and table arrangements multiplied not to mention the long table by the entrance. The décor is clean and is easy on the eyes. Never realized they had multiple stalls in their bathroom which seemed to have been remodeled as well. Overall a very pleasing place to hang out, sip a java, and surf the net.
