I just fired these clowns. Six, SIX! trips to get one prescription filled and they told me again they don’t have the syringes now that they have the injectable order filled correctly. Save yourself some grief and pass this company by.

The staff here are fairly unintelligent. Clueless and without class(sorry?). Keypads are always sticky and gross. For a pharmacy that sees a lot of sick people, they should be wiping those down regularly.

(This happened on 7÷03÷2013, I posted it again because they have my review hidden??!) I went to the Morgan Hill Rite Aid Drug Store at(11:20am on 07/03/2013) to buy a pocket hose. I took it to the counter and the clerk rang up the pocket hose twice by accident, she called over the intercom for a manager to come to the cashier counter so they can enter their void code on the register. So I proceeded to make small talk with the female cashier about the weather. While still waiting I noticed her looking over my shoulder at a guy who was about 20 – 25 feet away talking to a customer. They were obviously friends because the guy had a 12 pack of corona on the ground next to his feet and they were just carrying on obviously shooting the breeze. Anyway, I asked the cashier if that is who she was waiting for and she said«yes», so I asked her to page the guy again because I was kind of in a hurry. She pages for a manager again on the intercom to come to the cashier counter and I look over and he is still Bull Shi^$%#& with the other guy. So I asked her what his name was, she said his name is «Jim» the assistant manager, so I turned around and said, «Excuse me Jim, could you help us out here»? Jim yelled over to the cashier and asked if so and so was up there, and it was pretty obvious that, that person was not up there, otherwise why would the cashier page a manager on the intercom!!! So the so called ass-istant manager storms up to the cashier to put in whatever void code into the register so she could finish the transaction and I can get my change and go. And right before he gets to the register he tells his friend«I’ll talk to you later» so it was pretty obvious to me that they were definitely friends. I guess Jim the so called ass-istant manager forgot that he was actually on the payroll, Working at Rite Aid Drug Store. There is one thing I can not tolerate and that is «Ignorance»!! I would have wrote Jims last name but he was not wearing a name tag. Anyway I’m taking the pocket hose back tomorrow, getting a refund and not planning on spending any money at a place where they hire incompetent Ass-istant managers ever again, there are plenty of other similar establishments here in Morgan Hill which I will gladly spend my money and tell my friends to do the same and tell them about my personal experience here.

It is a drug store alright but I like to call this allopathic trash! Nothing but most garbage and I can find same last minute supplies at a 99 cent store. Truly a depressing store. Truly feel sorry for anyone who works there. The pharmacists I would like to know how they can live with themselves. I would like to see the big pharma companies like them go out of business along with their cancer awareness garbage. How about changing this store into a dispensaries for cancer patients! While the masses complain about the services no one gets the bigger picture about this store.

Honestly, if you are looking for quality pictures and photo projects with help from knowledgeable staff. go see Jimmy or Frankie, I started out gong there for a pic or two because my home printer was down, however, I recently had my son’s graduation announcements made there for a fraction of what the school’s recommended company charges! Fun photos, quality work, and helpful, dependable service!

Pharmacy is horrible, Jordan is very unprofessional. After being in a lot of pain I went there to refill my prescription. Jordan called me to the pharmacy only to ask me how much medication I was taking, when I told him he got mad and told me that was wrong(even though it’s what my actual doctor told me to take) and just walked away from me and started talking to the other girls working there. Customer service much not be important there.

I’m not sure I would could here for the Pharmacy services. We only came here because I had a $ 5.00 credit that I needed to use up. I asked the pharmacy clerk if they carried a specific foot medication product. She shrugged her shoulders and asked the pharmacist. He quickly said«No!». I asked him to point me to the aisle where the foot products were located and he did… where I quickly found the product I was looking for. Apparantly, he couldn’t be bothered to look it up in the system to see if it was carried. The entire store was emplty. Its not like there were lines of people or anything like that!!! I brought the product back and showed it the pharmacist and notified him that they carry it. He said there are so many products, he can’t be aware of all of them. Really??? thats is your answer? Do your frigging job! Kind of irritating that both the pharmacist and the clerk exchanged looks and giggled as I walked away. I didn’t see anything amusing about the situation. I’m glad I didn’t have a life threatening issue. Next time, I’m going back to CVS or Walgreens! Geez Louise!!!

Rite Aid sale the old school Thrify’s ice cream! Way better than the other name brand ice creams out there. At least in my opinion. The birthday cake flavor, and mint & chip, and cherry vanilla are my favorites! Just about each time I’m nearby I usually stop by for some really great ice cream. Also, don’t forget your Rite Aid card, or phone number for the discounted pricing.

Seems about as reliable as any other pharmacy for auto-refills and automated phone calls. They don’t seem to have a way to tell that you’re in the drive thru if you don’t buzz the doorbell. The store itself is pretty cozy(read: small), and it would be easy to get around if the aisles weren’t arranged in some weird almost circular manner. I would skip buying cartons of the store brand of ice cream because I tried it once and it was either old or just terrible, and that’s the main reason I’m not giving more stars.

I visited this Rite Aid location on June 12th to use their kiosk in the«Photo Department» to order 700+ prints from my last vacation. When I got there and went to the photo desk, there was nobody behind the counter, so I waited… waited, and waited. After 10 minutes of standing there, along with another customer, we ended up having to go to the front of the store to get someone to come over to assist us. This was at 11am, in the middle of the day. After being helped, and using the kiosk to download my pictures, I was provided a claim receipt from the machine. It indicated on the receipt, it would take 3 – 5 days for the prints to be ready. The cashier also confirmed this, and told me that they would be ready no later than Friday. I went back on Friday, June 17th to pick up the pictures around 2pm. Once again there was nobody there to assist me at the photo counter, so I had to hunt someone down yet again. WOW! This time, the cashier told me my pictures were not ready yet, but they *should* be by Monday the 20th, and to come back then. OK. So, I went back the third time on Monday, June 20th to pick up my photos. Yep, you guessed it… Of course they were not staffed at the photo counter again. So, I had to hunt down a cashier from the other side of the store to come over to help me. This time, they could not find my pictures at all. After about 10 minutes of frantic seaching and opening up drawers and boxes everywhere, the employee then called the lab where they order the prints from. To my disbelief, we found out the main lab in Oregon was unable to locate my order at all in their system! The prints were not even ready, let alone processed despite me having a claim tag receipt with the order confirmation number and claim date… WTF!?? You’ve got to be kidding me! Needless to say, I told them not to even bother placing another order and I will go to Costco or Wal-Mart instead. The Rite Aid Photo Department at the Morgan Hill store is an absolute joke. This store has some serious problems. I will not be going back, not even for other things.

We had a horrible experience with the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Morgan Hill. My son(10 months old) had a severe ear infection which had us in the emergency room at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Gatos, CA on a Sunday afternoon because his pain was uncontrollable. The doctor at the hospital prescribed a stronger form of antiobiotic from what he was taking at the time. We drove home to Morgan Hill and dropped it off at the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 4:30pm. My husband returned to pick up the meds at 5:45pm(the Pharmacy closed at 6pm). He waited in line for 15 minutes at the drive up window. It was finally his turn to be helped and he drove up to the window. The gal at the window said«sorry we’re closed» and pulled the shades down in his face(even though he had been waiting in line for 15 minutes prior). We were outraged. Our son was in excrutiating pain and needed his meds, but they refused to help us because it was ‘quitting time’ … also not taking into account that my husband had shown up 15 minutes before the pharmacy closed. We were not able to get our prescription back. We ended up having to go back to the hospital emergency room to get a copy of the prescription and then finding a 24 hour pharmacy to fill the prescription for us. Needless to say, my baby was not medicated until 10:30pm. When we finally were able to fill the prescription, we were asked to pay full price because Rite Aid had already entered the prescription into the system and charged our insurance company even though we had not be able to pick up the drugs!!! I called Rite Aid corporate to complain and received a call from the Pharmacy district manager. He stated the girl at the window was new and didn’t know any better. My response was this… how can anyone not have enough common sense to help a customer that has been waiting in line for 15 minutes prior to closing — who came to the service window late because of poor service on Rite Aid’s part? On this same note, if you are dealing in pharmaceuticals, how can this person not have enough common sense to assist a customer that may truly need medications? Finally, in an environment where employees are required to adhere to several rules and regulations and people’s health and well being is at hand — how can you allow someone with such little common sense to work in your pharmacy? The district manager simply stated that they would incorporate new rules into their training so their employees would know to help someone at the drive up window that may have been waiting to be helped … even if it’s time to close down. Considering what my poor child had to endure… I think the service at the Rite Aid Pharmacy is unacceptable. We have also had additional minor issues as well, for example… they always misspell my son’s name on the prescription. several time they had run out of bottles and divided his meds into two containers. Each time they did this, I found there was not enough medication to complete the dosage the doctor had recommended.
