I love this place! Great customer service and good prices. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good dry cleaner. Friendly staff make the experience pleasant and the turn around time is impressive. My suits look so nice when I pick them up.

Been having Rainbow Cleaners take care of my laundry and dry cleaning for several years. From shirts to silks to formal wear to St. John apparel and even comforters we have been very pleased. Prior to coming here, we have been to two other cleaners in town where I experienced problems at each. My expectations are reasonable and I understand that occasionally some spots absolutely can’t be removed, but since coming to Rainbow Cleaners I have been very satisfied. Friendly service, convenient location and very reasonable prices.

We get all of our dry-cleaning and alterations done here. Prices are good and service is great! I don’t now how but they always remember my name when I walk through the front door.

My husband is very picky about his dry cleaning. Tried many places when we first moved to Morgan Hill in 2006, we have been coming here since then.

We have been using Rainbow Cleaners for many years. Great service with a smile! They will do special things too — like wedding dress cleaning and storage, repairs — all very well done. Highly recommend them! Owner Monica is fantastic!

about as awesome as it gets! I have been using Rainbow Cleaners for over a year, it is conveniently located in Tennant station, which is right by my commute home. Monica, the owner, is a super person who I always see there when I pick my clothes up, she knows me by name, and i never have to give her the details when i drop my clothes off, she gets it right every time! all around great place to go, and i posted this review becasue i had a pair of pant repaired here after they were ripped, and i seriously cant even tell that they were repaired, they look brand new! Monica has some serious skills when it comes to alterations and repair, if you ever need it done, go and get it here!

I will never go back to this dry cleaner! I have been using them for simple cleaning services for a number of years with no issues. In early May, I took a somewhat expensive and delicate dress in for cleaning that I had only worn twice and discussed it with the owner, Monica. She agreed that because it had a delicate thin silk upper body, that it would need to be cleaned individually in a bag. When it was time to pick it up, the employee took my $ 16.50 for the cleaning and handed me the dress. When I made another stop for an errand afterwards, something caught my eye on the dress. Upon inspection, there was a ¼″ tear in the silk! I immediately went back and by this time, the owner Monica was there. The minute she saw me, she said«Oh, there is a hole in your dress and I was hoping that I would be here when you came in to pick it up». She explains to me that the dress caught on a zipper in the cleaning bag. So I point out that it can’t be «patched» without it showing and suggest that maybe a seam placed over the tear could work. She agrees and says that she will work on it. At this point, I’m really not happy with how the situation has been handled, but accidents happen and I figure I should let her attempt to make it wearable. I don’t hear anything from her for 5 weeks! At that point, I go in and the employee there shows me the dress and as I lightly pull on the sides of the stitched area, I can see that the tear is going to show. She says that she will talk with Monica about it and have her call me in 2 days. Her excuse for not calling me before is that my phone number is not on the ticket. They had my phone number on the previous ticket for the cleaning and Monica knows that I own a business in town, so that is an incredibly weak excuse. I still don’t hear anything after 4 days, so I stop in and Monica says that she can tighten the stitch and she thinks that that will work. Come back in 2 days. So I come back in 2 days and there is my dress sitting on the sewing machine unfinished. Monica has been busy but she’ll get it done by the next Tuesday(4 days). At this point I ask what she’s going to do if it doesn’t look right. I still get no admission of responsibility. I tell her that it wasn’t a particularly expensive dress, that I paid around $ 225 for it and that I wore it twice so there’s some devaluation. She responds, «It’s an expensive dress». So you can guess what happens when I go to check on it 3 days after the day she gave me to pick it up. The employee can’t find it for quite some time, and when she does nothing has been completed since the original attempt. She wants to call Monica, who isn’t there that day, and I just tell her to give me my dress and tell the owner that I’m done with their ill treatment of me as a customer. She starts to take the dress off of the hanger and hand it to me. The least they could do is give me a wire hanger! And of course, no phone call from Monica after I leave. Bottom line, this is the worst service I have ever experienced. As a business owner, I know that things can happen, but it is how you handle them that makes the difference. She should have called me when the tear happened and had a plan in place to try and fix it promptly. She should not have charged me for the dry cleaning and perhaps offered something(a few cleanings?) for the inconvenience and the fact that the dress was altered. If the tear was not repairable, she could have offered the value in free cleanings. That would be how a good business owner would have handled it. Instead, there was never an apology, an admission that it was their fault, or a feeling given that it was a priority for them to take care of it.

this place is stricktly dryclean only. If you have spots on your clothes, don’t bother, they don’t want to be bothered. I took my dress to try and see if they could take out some spots because I didn’t have time to do it myself and also have alteration done. Monica said she will call me if the spots don’t come off and if it does, she will go ahead and do the alteration. 2 weeks later, I never got any call so I go pick it up and they tell me the spot did not come off so Monica didn’t do the alteration. I told her, you never called. You said you’re going to call but I guess she’s forgotten our conversation. So $ 20.00 later, I take home my dress and I cleaned it myself and lo and behold, the spot is gone. What a disappointment this place. I will look elsewhere for my dry cleaning.

My husband and I have been using Rainbow Cleaners for about six years now for laundering dress shirts, drycleaning, alterations and mending. We have always been happy with the results and haven’t had any issues or complications. Their prices are reasonable. We will continue to patronize this friendly business!

This place is a Rip Off! My husband dropped off 2 flannel shirts to be laundered. Along with a couple of other shirts, they never said there was a different price. The shirt only cost $ 15 new at Costco. When he picked up the shirts they said they considered the flannel shirts Jackets and charged him $ 12.50 each shirt!!! Like I said, RIPOFF! He had also asked for starch, first time we went they did a great job with the starch, this time even though he asked for starch, no starch was used! We won’t be going back there again!

I went to this dry cleaner on a recommendation. While their prices are good, I thought that the customer service was not great. When I went in, I asked the lady about a couple of spots on a shirt. She barely looked at them before she told me that they were not going to come out, and I shouldn’t bother having the shirt cleaned. She was very brusque with me, and acted like she had better things to do than serve me. I took it home and got the stains out and ironed the shirt myself instead.

Do you like your clothes clean, pressed and looking sharp? I’ve pretty much been to every dry cleaners in Morgan Hill and this is my favorite place. The prices are cheaper yet they do a better job. The employees are very friendly and they have your clothes ready in a timely manner. I often go to the dry cleaners once a week so I don’t need a quick turnaround on my clothes. They also do alterations here for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dry cleaner.

Recently moved and decided going that my old, trusted dry cleaners was too far out of the way. Decided to look at cleaners closer to my work in San Martin, so on my lunchbreak, I drove to all the cleaners in Morgan Hill and ‘shopped around.’ This place was had the most economical prices for dress shirts and pants which are basically the only two articles of laundry that I take in. In addition, they do recycle hangars which I am a big fan of. The nice lady that helped me out knew of several people that I work with that come in to her business and mentioned their names. Very personable and friendly. I dropped off a large bag of shirts and pants on Monday lunchtime and they were ready on Thursday evening. Not the fastest, but they do offer 24-hour service for an additional fee. Oh well, I was OK with the speed as I was not really in a hurry. When I came to pickup on Thursday evening, there was another woman working that made some friendly small talk with me while she processed my order. They apparently recently installed a credit card processing machine, and unfortunately it was not working when I wanted to pay. Luckily I had cash, but if next time it isn’t working, I may come back and change my review! Anyways, my clothes were clean and nicely pressed. No issues at all to report, so I will gladly be returning.
