Since I live in neighborhood, came back to give pieology another try last night. Although, pieology is a very good chain, this location is still poorly manage. They give me undercook pizza. Just no excuse. Still don’t know how to cook pizza compare to other locations. Want good pieology pizza go to Gilroy. Or just go down the street to Mod where pizza are cook right and well manage

Heard everyone talking about this place. Went and was a bit under whelmed. I am not a big fan of thin crust pizza. Overall the food was good but not great. Would eat there again but not one of my first choices.

Not a good place — First, I went in there and stood there for 15 minutes while the employees were in the back of the place«chatting». Two or three employees were literally in the back behind the pizza stations hiding from customers. I had to start waving my hands and raising my voice to even get them to come out to help me. The website says they open at 11am, and I was there at noon and not one single customer — I should have taken the hint that the place stinks.

I love this place! First time I’ve been to a place like this.(Have been 3 times in the past couple months. It’s so nice to have a pizza made exactly how I want it! The personal sized pizza’s are done shortly after taking a seat. The people that work there are very friendly. I met the manager today, Cindy, she is super friendly. I am planning my daughter’s school DC trip fundraiser her next month. I went to my son’s polo team fundraiser here and it was a huge success. I like the service, taste, quickness, and unique style of every pizza being a «personal pizza.» Very affordable for a budget-conscience mom.

Just came in, at 12:20pm on Sunday November 28 and this experience could have been better. The night staff is much quicker and more professional than the day staff. The pizzas were sticking to the paddles and everyones pizza toppings were falling off. There was very little of every topping. My pizza took forever to go inside the oven. The counters were very dirty through the topping. My pizza is very dry. The guy doing the sauce and oils clearly didn’t know what he was doing. I think I will stick to going to pieology at night.

My pizza turned out super oily, wet, and soggy. I only had sausages, mushrooms, and artichokes on there so it wasn’t because I put too many toppings. Maybe it wasn’t cooked long enough, idk. On top of that, the sausage here was subpar. I like the flavors from Blaze Pizza and Mod Pizza much much better. Service and concept wise, they’re all the same. Good thing is it’s $ 8 for a build your own pizza with as many toppings as you want. If I’m in the area, I might give them another try but bleh, not that great here.

Just like Mod Pizza — not a fan of the thin crust and while it’s nice to pick your toppings and the service is quick — just not that awesome.

The pizza is great and they have ricotta cheese for it. I prefer there crust at Mod. The salad selection is weak and they don’t have milkshakes. This is a fantastic place but unfortunately Mod up the street has a better menu selection in almost all areas. Pizza here is good enough for 5 stars.

Better than MOD, but the salads are weak. 8 bucks for less than a handful of lettuce? C’mon people, you can do better. I like that they offer both white and wheat crusts and have a good selection of toppings. I love that they don’t burn the crust!

My girlfriend and I have been curious about this place for a few weeks and we finally tried it. We waited way too long! This place is amazing! Everything(create your own, and menu pizzas) is $ 7.95 for a 11″ pizza. I myself mixed the house red sauce and pesto sauce(at no extra cost) for my base and loved it. On a non food related subject, when we arrived they were doing a fund raiser for El Toro Elementary where 50% of the order went to the school.

This place is amazing we got two personal pizzas and I have to say they were great! I would definitely come back here again! I also like the concept of this because I am sometimes picky.

Before trying them I thought they would be the exact same thing as MOD but there are a couple of noticeable differences. They only offer one size, multiple types of dough, their veggies go on first, then the meat, and they cut your pizza into 8 slices. The food: Ever since trying these fast paced, make it your own pizza joints, I’ve been into them. I like that you get to see all the options and there is no limit(as far as i know) to what you can get. My go to is chicken, bacon/canadian bacon, onion, and extra jalapeño. It’s been my go to for a while and it will be for time to come. That the only pizza combination I’ve tried from here though so I cant say much about the other options. The restaurant: The place looks nice and is updated with plenty of seating. The only downfall is the parking set up they have right in front of the restaurants. Sometimes that can get busy and you have to be careful to not be taken out by someone. You can always park across the drive isle and walk a bit. Aside from that, the place gets a thumbs up(insert emoji) The staff: They staff is pretty nice. I’ve never had a problem with them. No one has tried to fight me for being so complicated as of yet. The price: A whole pizza for under $ 8. This would make for a good cheap date. C’mon guy. Will I go back?: I’ve been back one time already since I started this review…/k I’ll probably go this week though: D

Randomly stumbled in here on a drive south from San Francisco. What a pleasant surprise! Awesome concept. It’s essentially the«chipotle of pizza.» You can custom make your pizza. Starting at the beginning by picking the dough, sauces, cheese, toppings, everything! I went with the smoking buffalo chicken pizza, one of their house favorites and decided to add some bacon on it. BOMB! Definitely coming back if I’m ever in the area!

Pieology is a great place to go for an affordable pizza. Its always fun to customize your own with all the different fresh ingredients. The pizzas are cooked pretty fast after you pay. I love how the crust is thin and crispy. My favorite topping is still the spicy chicken and corn. They are really generous with each toppings, too. Overall, I’d come back to Pieology. Its located in the Walmart plaza(next to Panda Express). There are plenty of parking for customers. There are also plenty of tables inside.

Update: 9÷4÷15 Man, Cindy the manager, was awesome. She fixed my previous mishap here and that was great customer service. However, I got home and my bbq chicken pizza was missing the bbq sauce. So ghetto, I had to add McD chicken nugget BBQ sauce to complete my BBQ chicken pizza from pieology. Ughhh…really want to like this place but two mistakes in two visits is unforgivable. See my pics of ghetto BBQ chicken pizza.

First timers here and we love it! The size of the pizza for under $ 8 and to have all the toppings you want, Awesome! We also tried the cinnamon sugar strips, yummy! The staff were really friendly, I appreciated the interaction they had with my kids(joking around). My daughter loved the fact that the cashier spelled her name correctly, which is unusual. The itty bitty negative would be the furniture: we were a family of 4 and sat at the table with four chairs, but we got 3 pizza and a cinnamon sugar strip — so it was a bit tight. I think those tables should be for 2 people only. Overall, we will be going back.

Stopped by today with the fam. Never heard of the place and I’m sort over the regular lunch spots. Diddn’t think it would be fast but my gosh it was. Think Quiznos and chiplote got together and decided to make pizza! It’s fast it’s fresh it tastes good I loved it and we will be back. I appreciated that they waited for the entire party to order so our pizzas all came out at the same time. Very thoughtful! The staff is eager and I always hope that attitude stays as the business grows. The seating is a tad cramped as the tables accommodate three pie tins but not four? Four sides four chairs three pizzas? Lol! Would have liked to order a desert for the kids of some sort but alas there is none?! Which led to a dropped star :(for what you get I think the price is fair.

Tried this place out for the first time today. The place was clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the ingredients were fresh, the service was fast, the price was great… can’t really ask for anything more. I like this place way more than modpizza. The pizza here tasted a lot better and the service was a lot quicker. Kinda wish they have online orders though. Will be coming back for more!

l am impressed. l love pizza, and l am always alert to new local places. However many toppings you want for one price(!!!), count me in! l usually prefer thicker crust but l had to try this. l went carnivore: Whole wheat crust herb butter 3 chz alfredo sauce matz parm feta(!) blk olives Kalama olives(yeah!) garlic(lots) bacon meatball chix spicy chix(nice flavor and not too hot) pepperoni mushrooms (all the meats available) Almost perfect pizza… When someone like me orders a pizza with ALL the meats, a little extra time in the oven might be considered. lt was a little cool in the center.(it was piled pretty high) Also, it wasn’t cut thru :( Minor discrepancies aside, lt was a really great pizza! The crust was nice and crispy. Who can complain, after all, l made it, they just cooked it! Nice selection of soft drinks. Pizza and a drink for ten bucks and change?, works for me! Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Kinda cool how they«tag team» your pizza as it goes down the line. The only thing that loses a fifth star is that there were several tables with crumbs on them, otherwise everything was clean and neat. Nice, simple décor. l like the wall with all of the quotes. lf this restaurant keeps up like it it is going, l think it will be in Morgan Hill for a long time.

Fantastic food, today was their launch so the service was a little slow as people were getting into the groove. Pleasantly casual, I walked in and jumped into a subway like production line, paid, got my drink, sat down and within three minutes my pizza was delivered to my table. It was surprisingly good for the price, and lacking the sea of grease that floats on most pizzas in Morgan hill. With that being said, less than eight dollars for a pizza with unlimited toppings, that’s hard to beat.
