I had my first & only Botox treatment from Forever Young and Erik Cohen on May 14^th for a single frown line between my eyebrows.
The treatment cost $ 250 for 25 «units». I was originally told I would see some results in 2 – 3 days. When I saw no result on day 3 I called them and they said «no, you misunderstood and I would see results in 14 days and that Botox does not remove the line». This was a ridiculous statement to give me AFTER I spent $ 250 as I would have never done the treatment if I had been told this. That was the whole reason I did the so-​called «treatment»!
It is day 13 and guess what… ZERO results! After multiple emails to them they have not responded to any of my questions on what they do in the event their treatment does not work. This is a RIP OFF! For $ 250 you would think that if the customer saw no results a refund would be given or some sort of other option.
When I finally spoke to someone and was unhappy with their non-​response to my emails I had Erik Cohen get on the phone and say «when your check bounces I will call the district attorney and sue you».
Guess Erik doesn’t understand that for $ 250 he would have to take me to small claims court.
