This place is a joke! Don’t go there. Their prices are the highest in the area. I called their call center and made a reservation at a reserved price. When I went to the location manger said that price was for a hall access and that they couldn’t honor the 1 month free and the rate they supposable reserved for me. Try other places in area before you even think about this place.

I needed a storage unit last minute today. Their receptionist put me in touch with the manager, who called me not even 5 minutes after my reservation was processed to set up an appointment for me to see the facility and answer any questions. Carmen was a joy to work with. She showed me multiple units, helped me measure out my items, and helped me find the size and price that worked best for my needs and budget. I really appreciated the compassion and thoughtfulness Carmen showed me today. I recommend this business without reservation.
