A Tool Shed Equipment Rentals – Morgan Hill

I needed some lights last minute and they had it available. It was a quick and easy process however they did not tell me or ask me if they can load in the lights into my car they just did it. They ended up damaging the interior of my car and saying they are not responsible for it. They are also unable to do anything without their manager who is not always there. They told me when I was renting the lights there would be a $ 75 HOLD on my debit card however they actually charged my card $ 75 and now I have to wait until the manager is there to get my own money back that should not have been charged in the first place. Not a good experience here unfortunately.

We moved to Gilroy in June and purchased 2 ½ acres. The fences were falling down trenches need to be dug and array of other things. We have rented several times with these guys and despite myself having an array of questions since A. I have never operated any of the big stuff and B I want to make sure I’m getting what I need for what I’m doing they have always been over-​the-​top patient answering all my questions and giving me all the specifics. Customer service is great hands-​down, they have always let me call in and pay over the phone with my card and one of our employees runs down there and picks up the equipment and later returns it. They make it easy on the customer. I definitely recommend this place and always turn to them for equipment.

I have been renting from these guy for over 10 years. The equipment is always in good shape. If there is a problem, they fix it fast and the customer service is great.

I called them looking for items to install carpet in a small room — something that I couldn’t locate at Home Depot or anywhere else. And, they had the items at a *most* reasonable rate! I’m astonished anyone could rent out anything at $ 6/​day (seam iron, edge cutter…). I was thrilled. Well, the total for all tools was $ 32/​day and that was fine with me (to purchase the ‘kicker’ at Home Depot was $ 72, and the tool shed cost was only $ 10/​day).
This was a Saturday, I asked the fella behind the desk when they closed since I only needed the tools for one day. He said 5pm. I drove over there the next day at 4:20, but they were closed! Argh! It was a Sunday, but they close at 4pm. I was upset that the guy told me 5pm, and distressed that my cost might be $ 64 for tools that we only used for about 3 hours total! Yikes… Anyways, I went in early on Monday morning, explained what happened and the nice young man understood and did not charge me extra! I am very pleased with the service, tools and the costs. This is a top-​notch company!
