Just received the worst customer service at Starbucks! Starbucks employees are typically the bright smiley friendly people. This location has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had a few orders placed and specifically instructed the barista to charge 3 separate transactions for it. She doesn’t care to listen and proceeded to do opposite of what I asked and charged one transaction. I told her again I wanted 3 transactions. She rolls her eyes, didn’t apologize for and tells me she didn’t hear me. She ended up re-​processing the transaction but I don’t appreciate the attitude making me feel like it’s a nuisance to provide excellent customer service. Unacceptable !

If you like your coffee like you like your men, strong and dark, then this Starbucks is where it’s at. Plus it’s honored enough to be inside a Target. I’m not honored enough to be inside anything or anyone. Unlike the delicious coffee this Starbuck’s brews.

This is by far the worst Starbucks ever! The staff is rude, the service is horrible! Its a hit and miss, it depends which barista makes your drink right! When the drink is not right, and its brought to their attention, they act as if your stupid. They have this attitude as if they are doing you a favor! Um, excuse me but I pay $ 6 for my drink! There is especialy this one barista who does not know how to make frappicinos! I order the simplest ones, when she is there and I am desperate, but still she is unable to make a simple drink! I will be writing their corporate! Its ridiculous! I shop at this Target all the time, and it sucks that for a Starbucks drink I drive to another location!

By far one of the worst Starbucks that I have ever been too! Customer service here is horrible! 2 out of 3 baristas always have an attitude. You get this feeling as if there doing you a favor by making a drink you paid for! Half the drinks ordered here are made incorrectly and you can tell that there espresso machine is not cleaned on a daily basis!

Hit or miss depending on whos working there. SOMETIMES THE STAFF IS TOO BUSY GOSSIPING IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS… and it your drink isn’t right, be prepaid for a sarcastic remark upon receiving a new once that is fixed to your liking. Like I said all depending on which staff member is working.

I have been to this convenient Starbucks located inside Target many times and have always received excellent service. The baristas are usually very friendly though sometimes a bit slow due to there only being one or two workers available. They also accept Target giftcards. The pastry display case doesn’t seem to get stocked as well as other Starbucks. Seating area is small but I just take mine with me as I shop. A few shots of espresso sure helps to get through shopping when you’re tired.

Closing time is 8pm on a Sunday and get there by 730 you get piss poor customer service…
Don’t expect your drinks to be made the way you want!!!
Super disappointed with this location and it’s sad because I do enjoy shopping at Target.
For me I will make sure to get my drink from a Starbucks that is not inside the department store.
Starbucks should review the licensed locations and enforce the same policy’s as they do for all their stores!!!
