Sienna Pointe Apartments

Worst place I have ever lived. When I first moved in there was Roaches every where, took me two weeks buying my own roach bates to finally get ride of them. The Appliances are old and don’t work. My A/​C work great til it got really cold and my heater stop working and maintenace has yet to fix it, cuz there is only one person who knows how to work on A/​C. Neighbors always fighting and smoking weed. The property is dirty and not enough staff for the property. So glad my lease is up soon. Can’t wait to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

As a person not familiar with moreno valley, i used Unilocal as a guide of where to look and where not to look. Reviews were mixed so i decided to just pass by and look at the complex. When i arrived to the building, i had to double check the address and the name because i was expecting a mediocre place, but it was very clean and very welcoming. As soon as i entered the management office i was welcomed by the manager whom was very sweet/​welcoming she actually got out of her seat to shake my hand, which in my journey to find the perfect apartment hasn’t happened, until today. that was definitely a plus. I also noticed there was a tenant who was paying rent and was also receiving great customer service, so i feel the manager was being nice because they have great customer service. When the manager gave me a tour of the complex i noticed how clean the place was and I’m very impressed with how attentive maintenance is with the place. I definitely love this place and as of today I’m in the process of getting approved (fingers crossed everything goes good)
I am a very picky person and i feel this is a clean, safe place to live with a team of people who actually take care of their tenants

THE WORST PLACE EVER! ROACHES INFESTED!!! Management is the worst ever, they don’t fix anything all the staff that work here are the worst! Please BEWARE ROACHES don’t ever rent this place! Pay more money for nice a clean environment don’t get fool by this GHETTO SOUTH CENTRAL place! I’m glad to say my lease is up and ready to get the hell out of this nasty horrible, disgusted, infested with roaches apartment! BEWARE ROACHES!!! Zero rating horrible place!

Can’t wait to move out of here at the end of my lease. Wish I had seen the other review before I moved in. Unfortunately I love in the back and it is dirty and ghetto! The middle pool has no chairs and the women’s bathroom had DOZENS of dirty diapers on the floor. NASTY! I keep to myself so didn’t really have any issues with other residents. The management doesn’t enforce any of the rules. Cars park where they want… broke down cars take up visitor spots for weeks… outside lights get broke and stay that way for too long. Appliances do need updated but when my microwave went out right after I moved in, they had a brand new one installed within days. The AC is the best I’ve seen in an apt. The moral of my story-​not a bad place to live as long as you love up front!!!

I just moved out of here in April because my lease was up & my boyfriends mom needed help so we moved in with her. I loved this place. I lived here for a year and never had any problems. Only negative thing I can say is the back of the complex is a little ghetto & dirty so if you move in request a front apartment. The appliances need to be updated but that’s about it. Everything worked, the AC was amazing! Maintenance guys were a little slow when I needed an outlet to be repaired but no biggie. If i didn’t work so far in orange county I would move back in here! I had get togethers with loud music almost every weekend & never had any complaints so I was definitely happy about that. They definitely work with you when you’re late on rent & they found out I had my dog there & didn’t kick me out for it! Love this place I would definitely come back.
