Do not come here to get a passport photo. I repeat do not come here. I thought they knew what they were doing since they advertised they can do passport photos. Well I wasted 9 dollars. Went to go apply for my passport today and got denied just based upon how bad my photo was(wasn’t centered, wasn’t the correct distance away). How can you charge 9 dollars to do something and not know what you’re doing? I had to pay the passport acceptance facility to take another picture. So rite aid, if you ever somehow read this, train your employees so people don’t have to waste more money on your awful passport photo service.

To put it bluntly, poor customer service. The items are beyond overpriced. No one wants to help, despite there being very few customers in the store. This has ruined me from ever patronizing another Rite Aid in my life. I didn’t have my wife’s reward card, so they tell me too bad and charge me the regular price. I ask for assistance in finding an item, I get the finger point. I walk in to return items and I get attitude from the manager. So it seems that poor customer service is ingrained into framework of this store, if not the company.

The lines here are always terrible. About 95% of the time. Had a terrible experience using western union for the first time. «Nader» the manager reassured me that if I «called back they would help me». This was after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes. When I attempted to call back I was not helped needless to say I wasted a whole 45 minutes in rite aid. Another time I was attempting to make a return and«Nader the manager» was the one handling my return. I informed him I wanted to switch the item and I had my receipt. He tells me «where is the item you want?» In a rude tone. He kept the receipt and item. While I walked over to grab my item and noticed Nader walk past me a couple of times. I went back to the front with my item and a few other things I needed and another gentlemen was doing my return he asked where my receipt was and I told him Nader had it. Turns out Nader had threw it away after attempting to say he gave it back to me. I use to be a cashier who handled returns for years and Nader is beyond unprofessional. He needs to be retrained and take a couple of customer service classes!

Perhaps, the staff can do more warm greetings and hellos to make you feel like a valued customer, instead of just a customer. Setup and location is clean. Lines are fairly short and speedy. Great usual sales with their makeups!

to be honest with you, i only come here to buy beer. they consistently have cheap prices on beer. i dont really care if the employees smile or not, i just want to get in and out. lines are usually long but the employees do a good job of getting people in and out.

Been coming to this Rite Aid location almost every month for over a year now and it is what it is. They serve its purpose. Fills my monthly Rx. They do what they have to do. No more, no less. No frowns from associates but no smiles either. Not friendly, not rude either. I have an impression that employees here are trying so hard to do just the minimum requirements as possible. There’s no time or room for small talks. Just come in, complete your business and then leave. They will not go out of their way to help you. Who cares if you can’t find what your looking for? If it’s not in the aisle, they probably don’t carry that item. Never mind if it’s in their ad. Who cares if you have to remind them that there’s a spillage on their floor. Never mind that an associate just drop a WETFLOOR sign and didn’t come back to wipe the area. Have I had a choice, I would go to a different pharmacy but this location is close to home; convenience sometimes do come with a price. Oh well, like I said, this Rite Aid serve it’s purpose. I really shouldn’t expect extras and/or niceties anymore. Maybe I’m just asking too much, eh?
