Namaste Threading

Been here 7 times. Last 3 times I did get someone new. But I have no complaints. You tell them what you want and they will do it for you. I will continue going here. *happy customer with nice eyebrows.

I like the way they take the time to groom my eyebrows. I have been there several times now and plan on going back regularly.

I actually stopped reviewing places on Unilocal,but I hate shady business practices.
Twice now, this business has had their best threader leave to start their own businesses, and each time, the women there were instructed to tell customers that they were «on vacation in Pakistan» and coming back.
The first time, I was eventually told that my favorite threader ended up just moving to Pakistan. (nope, not really, she just opened a business in another city.)
This time I know for sure that Lala is not «on vacation in Pakistan», she’s moved across town to the Phenix Salon in the Hooters/​Office Depot parking lot.
I actually liked this place and brought my friends there because it’s a super convenient location for me, but I’m not really into being lied to.
I get not wanting to lose customers, but being shady is not the way to do it.

I have rated this location just 1 star because unfortunately LaLa is no longer there. She has moved to Phoenix salon off of day st in dye. 113. A little further but worth the drive.

No stars now that Lala is gone. My mom and I are following her to Phenix salon suites on day st. We have to drive a little longer but it’s worth it!

Lala is now at Phenix Salon off of Day St in the Hooter’s parking lot in suite 113. She’s my absolute favorite (:

Lala does a great job when it comes to doing brows but the other girl not so great I don’t what her name is but she did my brows when Lala was not in and i don’t know they came out ok nothing special I went back and Lala was there and she looked at my brows and she was like where did you go? I already knew she meant my brows looked screwed up anyways I told her here with the other girl and well she just simply went on on doing them and was like every person has their own way of threading and so on. I came back again hoping she would be there and no she was not the other one was so I was like ok this time I will tell her to leave certain areas that needs growing and she was like oh a clean up. Well one brow came out shorter and thinner they no longer looked like they had shape I was not happy the way they came out and I decided not to come back here anymore.

This place is great. I drove from Loma Linda to get my threading done. Ambika was very nice and friendly. She also did good on my facial threading. I’ll be back.

This place was amazing LaLa was super nice and she did a great job on my eyebrows! The drive was worth it!

Namaste Threading has excellent customer service and performs small miracles on your eyebrows.

Fantastic! Very meticulous and efficient people. I wasn’t sure about getting my eyebrows threaded but they were extremely helpful! I couldn’t ask for better eyebrows right now! Thanks Namaste Threading!

I love this place, especially Lala!!! She is really welcoming to me and my family and does a great job on our eyebrows!!! She is a hard worker, who knows what she is doing with the thread, it doesn’t even hurt! I, also, love how she remembers me and my family and is always catching up with us to see how we are doing! This is how customer service should always be and with Lala it always is! Thank you Lala, you’re the best!!!

I love coming to this place because they leave my eyebrows looking great. Sometimes there is a wait time, but it’s worth it, they make you look great.

Lala is amazing! I’ve been plucking my brows for the last few years as my last experience with threading wasn’t the best out in orange county. So I decided to give eyebrow threading another shot and I am absolutely impressed! My eyebrows were bad and Lala completely revamped them. it was painless, quick and the end result was great. I will be sure to come back!

This was my first time ever having my eyebrows done. I saw that this shop had the most positive reviews in the area, so I decided to stop in and give it a try.
Lala was very nice and helpful. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and once i told her that it was my first time, she even explained the process of eyebrow threading as she performed it.
My whole visit was relatively painless and took less than 10 minutes. I will definitely visit again in the future.

I have been to several threading places in the Moreno Valley area and this by far is the best. The other threading places are too brutal, thinned my eyebrows, wrecked it, or always had depressing results. The person named Ambika is by far the best eyebrow threader in my eyes. I don’t care if house of beauty is next door. I’ll always stay loyal once I found THE ONE and this is it for me!

I was getting my usual grande iced coffee with white mocha syrup when i noticed Namaste. I’m constantly in this area but being the self centered young adult that I am, I never noticed the other businesses in the shopping center. I walked to my car and once I was inside, I looked in the mirror and realized I was LONG over due to get my eyebrows done. Somehow I let my eyebrows get to the point where I looked like Chewbacca’s baby sister (and as you can imagine that’s not a cute look for anyone!) I figured that seeing the salon was a sign from God to do something about those nasty brows, so I searched Namaste on Unilocal.I saw all the 5 star reviews so I figured «why not give it a try?»
I walked over to the salon and was very impressed with the inside. It’s nicely decorated and very clean. What I wasn’t impressed with was the lack of customer service.
The 2 workers were busy threading 2 customers eyebrows and didn’t even acknowledge my existence until 10 minutes later when they charged one of their customers and sent her on her way. One of the workers walked over to the chair and motioned her arm for me to come over. I sat down on the chair and she said nothing to me, she just started threading. She didn’t ask what kind of shape I wanted, or if I had ever gotten my eyebrows threaded, she just jumped right in. She continued to thread my brows and said absolutely nothing to me except «hold» when she wanted me to hold below and above my brows. I couldn’t believe that she was so rude and didn’t introduce herself, ask how my day was going, nothing! I felt so awkward and stayed quiet until she was finished with the threading. She brought over the mirror and said «you like?» My eyebrows looked to my liking so i replied «yes» and went over to the register to pay.
Even though she transformed my eyebrows from hairy creature to actual lady, is it so much to ask for a place that has great customer service too? Overall, not impressed with this place. If I’m going to give my money to an establishment I want it to be to people that actually care about their customers. $ 7.99 is very cheap for threading, but I definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

I can’t stand when you go to get something as crucial as your eyebrows done and the threading technician doesn’t listen and goes all rogue on your face! Trust me, it’s happened before! Not everyone wants to walk away with a sharpie line of hair on their face! If eyes are the window to the soul, then eyebrows are the curtains and I need something there to frame this big brown beauty’s of mine, but I digress. I tried this place out on a whim and I’m so glad I did! The technician actually listened to what I asked for and I left with perfectly shaped, nicely arched, oh wow there is hair still there, eyebrows! They even have a loyalty card, buy 5 get 1 free. I plan on coming here to get mine stamped frequently!

Was looking for a place to go for eyebrow thread close to home. Went on Unilocal like what I read and off I went. The shop is located in a shopping center. I walked in went straight to a chair and was done in 5 minutes. Cleanliness, service, efficient and price… all get 5 stars. I’ll be back!

Great prices. Very clean and nicely decorated. They do a nice job with the threading and again, the prices are unbeatable!
It hurts a little more than other places but you wont find a single missed hair… and it wont grow back in a week!
Its tucked away in the corner of the shopping center. Try and look for the HR Block and you’ll be right in front of there shop!
