This place is horrible!!! The doctors are horrible the staff is horrible and I’ve seen multiple people. The staff must hate the doctors. Sherri G basically said and I’m paraphrasing I’m not the first patient Terry Porter lost and I won’t be the last. If you are relatively sane and you want to lose your mind go to Inland psychiatric. If I can give 0 stars I would.

This rating is for Ken Webb, clinical psychologist. He is the best therapist I have ever been to(and I’ve been to a lot). He is smart, experienced, adaptable and, most important to me, he is a believer in Jesus Christ. Also, in my experience, the front desk people are friendly and helpful.

This group doesn’t care about your health or quality of life at all. I scheduled a psychiatry appointment and arrived on time, but they didn’t call me back to see the doctor for an hour and a half. When I finally saw him, he barely even talked to me. He looked at the brief questionnaire about my symptoms, and then prescribed me Prozac and Klonopin. The whole«doctor meeting» was about 5 minutes after all that waiting! Since I have a chronic stomach condition that he didn’t even ask about, I had to bring it up to the doctor and ask if the medications were still OK for me. He said yes, but changed the dosage. I gave him the information for my pharmacy, but he wouldn’t let me use my own pharmacy(even though I gave him my pharmacist’s business card!), and made me send the prescription to his pharmacy instead. It gave me the impression that IPMG just wanted my money. Well, I decided to ask another expert for a second opinion. The second opinion said I absolutely should not take the medications that IPMG prescribed. Given my medical history, Klonopin could be a potential threat to my health, and clearly, given the kind of panic attacks I have, occasional use of Xanax or one of the«pams» would be a safer and more effective way to treat my symptoms. In fact, I probably don’t even need a daily SSRI! If IPMG would have talked to me more, the doctor should have seen that. I tried to call back to cancel my «follow up» with IPMG, but they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then never picked back up. I called again, and they answered and then hung up on me. Don’t go here, guys. Find someone who really listens and cares about helping you.
