I contacted Oscar. He gave me a fair quote. I scheduled an installation appointment with him and he never showed, never called or texted to let me know he wouldn’t show. I attempted to contact him by phone and texting and didn’t receive any responses from him. I understand that thinks change, but the lack of communication was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I called Oscar told him that I have a broken window he told me he’ll be there in 30 min waited for him all day n then later on that day he texts me saying he’s going
to come tomorrow so then he comes the next day and finishes the work but didn’t fix my window all the way he did a very unprofessional job the window is shaking it’s not bolted the right way n not glued right
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY FOR ANYONE AT ALL CHARGES U LESS BUT DOEA A SHITTY JOB

I called Oscar on a Friday morning, looking for a sliding glass door repair. He told me he would be out by 5. After multiple calls and texts, he never showed! I finally left the property where I needed work at 6:30, tried calling him but no answer. I texted him, telling him couldn’t wait any longer. No return text. Be cautious– this guy is shady and unprofessional.
