The customer service here is wonderful. Manager Sonia was extremely helpful and friendly. The other sales personnel were as attentive. One of the tidiest Forever 21 stores I have been to. Shopping made easy. Clothes were not thrown all over the place like other locations.

This forever 21 is cluttered. I often dred having to come to this specific forever 21 because I can never find anything. I thinks its the way they set-​up the store or maybe its the small space. I am not sure but I hardly walk out with anything when I shop there.

I wanted to shop for new work clothes, so this is the 1st place I thought about since my friend recommended it. Well I got there and the girls were rude, didn’t help and seemed to get annoyed when I asked questions. Anyway i left and went to express and got great service and good deals there

I just can’t get myself to like this location :(
It’s really small and near the back of Moreno Valley mall. I’m not sure if they got this fixed yet since it’s been maybe 2 months since my last visit, but they had no air conditioning and they put these giant fans around the store! The store is small as is, and the fan just takes up more space and i have to watch my hair to make sure it doesn’t get caught in the fan!
Because of the size, the selection is limited. Workers are nice, but sometimes I see them chatting with their friends over the counter or to each other. I waited 20 minutes to pay for a pair of socks…

Oh my gosh love this store but they do not have some of the qualities I like about the other locations. They do not have Plus size or maternity, But i tell you if your going somewhere looking for amazing customer service i have to say every single employee in this store will great you personally with a smile and ask if they can help.
Damn you Forever 21 carry my size! im a L/​XL nothing in here is over a L. :(Id love to make this location my permie home as the Plaza location just feels… eww?

I really like this forever 21!!! I have been to quite a lot of Forever 21’s in my life, and I happen to like them when they are not as big, because I like everything at arms reach lol! This one located in Moreno Valley Mall, is just the right size… spacious & cute, while having good lighting! Staff is friendly; there when u need’em & not there when ya don’t. Plus it’s right across from charlotte russe so I can get my shop on! Happy shopping ladies: P

This location is small but always busy. There is a fast turn over so if you see something you like, buy it before it’s gone! The employees are usually friendly and helpful, especially when the manager is there. The only bad thing: since its a small store, the variety and stock is sparse.
