Eye Care Optometry Of Moreno Valley

This place is by far the best optometrist i’ve been to. The place is clean, has plenty of magazine to entertain while waiting, the staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is Dr. Giap Le took his time to answer all the questions I had in a warm and caring doctor should. I definitely recommend this Optometry.

My mom went in for an eye exam and glasses prescribed, although the service was ok her glasses have taken forever to arrive. She was told it would take 10 business days but it’s been 20 and she still hasn’t gotten her glasses. When I called I was given the run around and told it had to do with her insurance but my mom paid cash for her glasses and her insurance only paid for her eye exam so it wasn’t a legit reason for the glasses to not have arrived. My mom is in desperate need of her glasses, depending on them for everyday chores and errands. A courtesy call would have been nice to let us know the glasses would take a lot longer to arrive.

I had my eyes checked here today… very good experience the doctor was very nice and the staff was very knowledgeable … I had a very thorough exam … I would recommend them to anyone who needs eye care..

Bad experience. Couldn’t fit me for contact lenses wasn’t comfortable and female doctor made me feel like it was my fault. Went back to la doctor and got fitted first try. Don’t go here if you have difficult case. Because of my past corrective eye surgery I needed an expert and they couldn’t do it. 8−21−15 The reply to my original post that they want me to come in to fix it is so ridiculous and goes to their lack of understanding in my case and must only be a pretense that they want to do right by their customers. I have perfect contact lenses now that I got from excellent optometrist Timothy Wong od Hollywood ca so why would I need to come in? Not every optometrist is equal. I had rk and alk which damaged my cornea and never thought I could wear contacts again till dr Wong fitted me. Then I moved to MoVal and thought any doctor could do what dr Wong did but boy was I wrong. The lenses were always irritating and the female doctor made rude insinuations that dr Wong wasn’t cooperating and I just can’t be made happy and that I should try eye drops which never helped. Fitting lenses is complicated math especially In My case. Don’t let their sweet yet insincere response fool you. When I called them to say i had no longer had faith in their services and was going back to my doctor they didn’t even offer an apology or refund they just said goodbye and hung up the telephone. Stay away from them.

Everyone here is great. The service is excellent. The prices will certainly max your insurance out but for the quality it is worth it.
