I Have used this company twice, once 7 years ago and recently my wife made arrangements for a repair, both times there were scheduling and quality issues, we used them the second time so the carpet could be matched and I wish we had not decided to give them a second chance. They are not easy to deal with.

I don’t appreciate being threatened. This is my honest review of how I felt about the services I have received. First of all, there is no contract. I have two receipts, both of which have the company name «Carpet Emporium» on them. I went into your store, I spoke to your employee, I paid your company to come and give me an estimate. I agreed to have the work done and your employee did not make it clear to me that this work was to be a side job and was in no way affiliated with Carpet Emporium. So I am the one who has been lied to and mislead. Not to mention that the work was unsatisfactory. I don’t wish to be contacted again by you or your employee. If it continues, I will consider that harassment.

Carpet Emporium has been good to us. I had went in to get some ideas of the type of flooring I would like to have in our new home and I was welcomed by Victor who was very helpful and pleasant. He immediately assisted us with choices on carpet and wood flooring and had even offered to come out to our home to give us an estimate that same day. I definitely went back and placed my order with Victor. I have been so pleased doing business with carpet emporium and will continue to recommend my friends and co-​workers to go see Victor at Carpet Emporium for any flooring needs.
