One star only due to the fact that the manager Adrian B is not very customer service oriented. I was waiting for over 15 minutes for him to come back into the store to give me my military discount. Two employees asked him to come inside to input his code. Then I myself went outside and asked him and he was rude about it. Another 5 mins passed then I was just about to walk out the associate that was assisting me kept apologizing asking me to wait so I did and finally he walked in input his code didn’t apologize or have anything to say.
All the other associates were great help. They did seem a little intimidated by the manager.

Extremely slow four workers here and not one worker greated us and I waited over 30 min to purchase something never coming back again I’ll go to there other locations.

Robert W went above and beyond for me. I came in with a shitty corroded battery that was about to die. It took him a while but he worked hard to remove it, replaced it, and when it wouldn’t start he replaced my terminal connections. I was there taking up his time for over an hour but am so thankful, he’s awesome!

Came here to return a part they sold me I couldn’t use they had two people working one ringing up customers and another helping customers waited at the register line for 20 min other line was longer when it got to my turn the clerk told me I was in the wrong line and had to wait in the other line. Really just so get this when it was my turn guess who helped me. What a joke. I think I will never come back to this location ever again

I bought here the oil and filter to do a oil change on my 2011 dodge ram and after I got home I checked with my brother (a mechanic) and he advised me that the oil was not the manufacturer recommended oil. That happens after I already changed the oil.
I went back and explained the situation to manager and he did not even ask and gave me new filter and oil. I was not happy that staff sold me oil that was wrong and that staff did not have enough knowledge to sell me the right oil, but I was very pleased that manager stood up for the mistake and gave me brand new oil and filter for free.
I had to go back and get new oil and had to do oil change over again but at least they fixed the problem so I recommend this placr. They are also very slow sometimes and don’t know a hole lot when ask them questions but you can’t know everything when you carry that many parts.
I recommend this store and always go back there.
