If one of your items is on backorder, they don’t ship anything on your order. If you want to split up the order, they will do it at YOUR cost. The notification is poor for order issues too as they don’t call, they sent a general spamish looking email with really no notification of what the issue are just that it could be your credit card, could be a backorder item, could be they didn’t process something who knows. Also it took 4 days just to process the order which is a lot of time to me. Maybe I’m used to Amazon, but i do expect orders to go out within 2 days, not 4 days just to process the order and then it never went out. That’s poor service in my opinion. If you can send out catalogs like it’s going out of style, you have to support it. Maybe they should sell their stuff through amazon?

We got a big order of items and didnt get around to inspecting the whole order until later. We were shorted several hundred dollars worth of items and upon calling them, they told me there is nothing they could do… Oh yeah, she was glad to take an order for those items! Haha. Beware!
