I have used them weekly for two years. Great service, friendly and everything, including mending, has been done very well.

We have been using Rodgers Cleaners for 10 – 15 years. Have had absolutely no problems. They have done mending and shortened some trousers for me and when I requested an alteration on a pair of slacks for my husband they were kind enough to tell me it would not be successful. MKD

I asked for a simple alteration on a pair of jeans. They re-​attached the hem so I had a ridge at the bottom of a $ 124 dollar pair of jeans. I expressly said I DID NOT WANT THAT. When I balked and told the owner that I wanted to be reimbursed for my jeans he became argumentative and said that was what I had asked for. When I told him no, not true, he told me to come by the next day to get a check as he didn’t have his checkbook and bring him the receipt. He then called my home, spoke to my husband, tried to make a bargain deal. He called back again, I spoke to him, he told me I was «NO good, and not welcome ever in his shop». As if I would ever go back to someone who called me a «liar and no good». Stay away from this guy. My husband went down that day with the bill for my pants, and this man’s checkbook finally appeared and he wrote a check. One star for finally just doing the right thing. The only reason I went to this guy, is that three other cleaner’s alterations women wanted to do the same thing (re-​attach the hem. Who does that? Who wants that?), and he assured me they would not do that. STAY AWAY. This man is a crook and tells falsehoods all the while turning it onto the customer. I have lived in Moraga for 15 years. I use all our local businesses, I have never had a cross word with any business owner. I am still shocked by this experience.
