Shutters and Shades 4U

The just installed my shutters today and I love them! Ken came to my home approximately 6 weeks ago and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Ken the owner has a great personality and is not pushy. He give me a great price and I purchased composite shutters for my patio sliding doors and two bedroom windows. Ken did all the measuring the same day and 6 weeks later Greg his installer came and did the installation in 2.5 hours. Greg was very professional and did a great job. Ken called after to ensure I was happy with the product and installation! Thanks Ken and Greg you both demonstrated great customer service. I’m very happy with my purchase and the shutters have greatly improved the look of my home! I had shades put into our home in Newbury Park, CA by Ken. He came in, gave us some suggestions about what we may need and like, and gave us the best prices out of three other companies. He did all the measuring and installation. Within two weeks we had new blinds. They were perfect, except that one was the wrong color, so he reordered it. No problem! It came and he installed it. Now, almost two years later, one of the cords broke. I called Ken and he repaired it, no charge. He says lifetime guarantee and he proved it. Thank you Ken. We highly recommend him.

What A Difference!
I should have done this YEARS ago — it has made such a difference to my home! I got several bids, and Ken was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. His quote was very reasonable, the shutters were ready when promised, and the installation team was SO professional and efficient. We had ordered shutters for 4 larger windows. Ken, the owner, came out right away, he was very professional, and we very much enjoyed working with him. The original order of vinyl shutters were installed, however, they did not fit right, and were not even. Ken was very responsive, and sent his installer back out right away. It turned out that the shutters were of inferior quality (Ken had just started to work with a new manufacturer). Ken immediately contacted the manufacturer and complained on our behalf. After going around and around with the manufacturer, Ken ordered us better quality wood shutters from another company at no extra cost! He showed integrity and honesty that we very much appreciated. He stood behind his product and made us extremely happy. We will always recommend Ken and his company to others. Also, if we need additional windows or doors, we will call him immediately.

Ken came out and was very professional. One of three companies that we got bids from. We liked him and his product the best. Pricing was comparable. Ken said 6 – 8 weeks, we had 8 shutters professionally and perfectly installed in 7 weeks. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. No high pressure anything, strait forward honest experience. And the thin moulding along with the width of the shutters are just great. They fit perfectly. And of course the financial advisor in me loves the best part — the price was HALF what that competitor quoted. Can’t believe we almost paid for blinds what your shutters cost. Glad we ended up getting a quote from you and then going with the shutters instead of the blinds; no easier way to upgrade the house in general than that simple choice. I was interested in replacement windows & had called for severals bids from different companies, The prices were all over the place, then someone referred Ken to me & it was such a relief, He was not high pressure & the prices were good. When I meet a high pressure sales person I immediately put the on the brakes !! The install was quick & the end result was great ! I interviewed 4 other companies for plantation shutters for my daughter’s room and Ken’s was the best. 1. They were installed in the time he told me they would be. 2. He accompanied the installers, and they were fast — which was nice as I have a hectic schedule. 3. When they were there I asked him if he could help me install an outdoor shade I had purchased on-​line and he did it for me as a courtesy — saved me even more time! I am a real estate agent and have and will continue to refer him. I not only used him for my shutters, I had him install 2 front windows in my house also! Great price and efficient service! I now have a cross-​breeze through my house, and they look great too!
