Perfect service as always. I just love my dentist. They know just how to make you feel like family. Walked in the door and they greeted me by name.
That makes you feel so welcomed when they know who you are and as well the front staff are all DOLLS. They have the most beautiful demeanors even for early morning (7 am). They keep it real with you and are always 100% looking out for the patient. When I went over my treatment plan they knew exactly what would benefit me and save me the most money. Even down to FSA.
In my last review I spoke about the initial visit and how it took a bit to schedule. Those initial visits encompass a lot of information and time so I can understand why they would be a bit booked. After your initial visit each subsequent visit is able to be scheduled right away.

One more update — they corrected a billing problem that resulted in my super high bill, so I got a refund. But I had to call and ask about it! I suspect that if I hadn’t called and specifically asked what was up with my bill they might’ve delayed on my refund a lot longer.
