Hornaday & Associates

I have been trying to work with the «tax lady» for 2 years now and it has not been a great experience. I cannot get a return phone call no matter how I ask. I have text, emailed, called the office, called her cell phone, sent her Facebook messages and still nothing! Before she started her own business I had a hard time getting in touch with her but was told that once she started her own company it would be so much better because she could make her own schedule and would have time for me. That is the only reason I continued hanging on this long. Every time I considered leaving her before she would send me a text or FB response saying that she had a game plan to get all my paperwork properly filed and we would start working. Then before anything was completed she would stop responding to me for no apparent reason.
I received a call from her office a few weeks ago to schedule a telephone appointment to file my taxes and I let them know that I didn’t have much confidence left that I would be taken care of properly. I told the assistant that I would schedule my appointment as soon as Kristy called me so that I could feel comfortable with her moving forward. I have a small business, a standard return as well as investment properties and I don’t want to file with someone that will not be there for my questions after the check is cashed. All I asked for was one phone call that is it. I asked for it multiple times in multiple ways. I can take a hint though… you do not need or want my business.
I hate to give a poor review to someone (especially since this is the first review) but I cannot keep ignoring the facts.
I hope she becomes more organized and is able to keep her customers happy but I cannot keep waiting for my phone to ring… it’s April 2^nd already!
