Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Um. Usually Five Guys is pretty dang amazing but with the past few times… No.
Don’t know what’s up with this location.
Staff is great. Food not so much.

This was my first time to Five Guy’s. We ordered Burgers, Fries and drinks.
When we went to get drinks we discovered both drink machines were down.
They were also out of most selections. Coke guy was working on them.
We turned to sit and tables were dirty. Finally a girl came out and wiped them. She did apologize. It was 4:30 and dirty tables. We waited and finally I got some tea. My girlfriend
Got water. You expect to at least get a choice for 4 and a half bucks.
Food was good. We slowly ate as we were hoping drink machines would come back up. After 30 minutes we gave up. While sitting there we watched
Dozens of people trying to get drinks with no success. The ones that did poured them out saying they were flat. The coke man admitted they were bad.
Before I left I went to register and told them they needed to stop selling drinks as the only choice was tea or water. The workers could not have cared less. They never apologized or offered any compensation to anyone.
Selling drinks when you know you drink machines are down if not criminal its at least immoral. The lack of caring is just Wrong! Like I said food was good but immoral actions by employees ensured that I will never go back!

Haven’t been disappointed yet with 5 guys. They deliver as consistent made to order burgers that you better be ready to eat or take the test with you! The double burger with just about everything including mushrooms n onions! Yeeeaaa!!! The large fries are enough for two but the burger is ALL mine (don’t touch) lol! Be prepared to wait a couple minutes if u go during lunch rush but «the crew «will get your order out (listen for number) fast and just as you asked for it! All extras are free, yay !! Not the in/​out skinny burgers you might have expected, although you can get a Jr (lol) if you can’t hang or have to move quickly after eating here. Peanuts galore so help yourself too. Dogs are decent and bread is usually fresh n soft, not falling apart or 2 – 3 days old. This five guys is «on point», so take your appetite and being a friend to help you with the fries!!!

Simple, quick, delicious is how I would describe Five Guys. Did not expect the counter service style, but that was perfectly fine with me… I wonder how the place is when it’s really busy. Overall the atmosphere is kind of like a greasy-​spoon, but that’s just awesomely perfect for a burger joint.
I will have to come back some more to sample other burger offerings… and, yes the fries are awesome!

Best burger in the Charlotte area. If you haven’t been here you are missing out. It is nice because they have a small menu and easy to decide what I want.

Want the fast food joint that will give you the most calories for your buck? It’s Five Guys, and boy do they deliver. I got the bacon cheeseburger with lots of fixins and the cajun fries. They also have one of those newfangled Coke machines where you can get all sorts of flavors like Lime Coke, Orange Coke, Raspberry Coke, etc. But green cola is weird.

Five guys is one of those rare franchises (though I appreciate they’re locally owned), that does a good job of consistently offering fresh and tasty food. The fries are cut fresh daily — yum! The burgers are always good and you have so many options of add-​ons! When I get a hankering for a burger, this is where I go.

What can I say? It was as if it was the same Five Guys I went to in another city… that being said, they get an A for consistency.
The staff was friendly, place was clean, food was good and we got out food fast — kids: VERY happy. That being said, I was a satisfied customer, yet again…
Why only three stars??? Cuz I’m spoiled…(In-N-Out)

As with the rest of Five Guys locations-​the best burgers around. This location is new and very clean and has the new soda machines that you make your own drink selections with. The staff and customers were all very friendly. Really liked this location.

Great hamburgers but I’m not a fan of the fries. If you go share an order of fries as you get a ton.

Large potion sizes, but not WhatABurger!

From time to time I have a hamburger fever, which only Five Guys can cure!
My normal hamburger consists of the «little bacon burger with jalapeños, ketchup, mustard & pickles. Burger is always cooked perfectly & the bun is soft.
Wow, the fries… you better be REALLY hungry or prepare to share! They give you SO much!
Seating is plentiful & the staff is friendly.
Service is quick, too.

its good. same as any five guys. its a quick burger and fries joint. the food is pretty good and you get a decent amount of fries for the price but thats the problem. to get a burger, fries and a drink its about 10 dollars. Its good food but a little pricey for a To-​Go kinda food esablishment.

Listen carefully b/​c this is HIGH praise from a Southern California girl: Almost as good as In-​N-​Out. As close as you will get to SoCal heaven. Great burgers, simple menu, friendly service. Fast but they won’t rush you if you are trying to decide on just the right combo of flavors for your burger.

A number of friends had been talking about this Five Guys place when I finally asked, «Okay, what is it?»
«It’s the best place to get cheeseburgers and french fries,» was the resounding reply.
Well, I had heard that before. Some people say the same thing about Cookout!, and I haven’t eaten there yet.
One day I was driving by, hungry, and decided, «what the heck.»
I left a convert.
Five Guys does indeed have the best cheeseburgers around, and the fries ain’t bad either. You’d better be prepared to bring an appetite with you though, especially if you’re the type who hates to throw away food.
First of all, if you order a regular cheeseburger, you are going to get a house on a bun: two patties, and all the free toppings you want. Yup, all toppings are free!
I was amazed and couldn’t even finish the first one. Every time since I’ve gotten the Little Cheeseburger, which makes me feel like a wimp when ordering, but at least I can finish it!
Then, the fries: regular and large. Unless you are the second coming of Kobayashi or speed-​eating champ Joey Chestnut, the regular will probably be plenty. Again, I couldn’t finish them all, which is unusual for me.
Also, a nice touch is the sign near the counter that tells you which town in Idaho the potoatoes came from to make that day’s fries.
All in all, not the healthiest meal around, but who goes to a fast-​food restaurant concerned about health? It’s darn tasty, just make sure you’re hungry.
