I have ordered 6 personalized baby blocks for friends over the last few years and the families always love them! One arrived damaged and Craft-​E-​Family was so quick to replace the item, with no hassle to me. They even sent a follow up thank you after my most recent order. We received a set of blocks of our first son’s name as a surprise gift from a friend and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately we noticed that the friend had mistakenly provided the wrong birth date. We called the support number and they immediately provided us a new block with the right information– the customer service was fantastic.

I received an engraved block as a baby gift for my little girl and loved it. It will be a cherished keepsake. I loved it so much that I just ordered one for my new baby nephew for his baptism gift. The site is a little dated looking but the products are great!
