I am fortunate to know this group from a professional and parental point of view. When I was selecting a pediatrician, during my first pregnancy, I was able to use my experience working w/​all the major peds providers in the area to narrow my pool of candidates. What I appreciated about the final two groups was not just their medical experience, but their ability to relate to children AND parents. These aren’t doctors who wear rose colored glasses and place impossible expectations on parents. They are open and collaborative, patient and thorough. They will honestly tell you when to worry and how much to worry.. .and if you’re still worried, they work hard to reassure you.
The nurses are caring and top-​notch. All of the staff gives you their undivided attention. If we wait in-​room to see Dr. Tilt and she’s 10−15min behind, I know it’s b/​c she is sitting down, listening & answering questions, taking her time w/​a parent/​patient, just as she does w/​me. Her partners are just as competent and caring.
They do not admit to LNRMC anymore, but they can easily point you in the right direction for the same excellent care they’d use for their own children.
