Usually I go in and the only friendly guy is the guy who’s always doing stock, HEY! that’s where the customer service dead stops. Today the cashier was down right sour! Do you have your points card? No, can you look it up please? She tries and… gets it wrong, then says«I tried, nothing I can do, I can’t find it» hands me my receipt. Whoa… lady chill. Maybe ya can’t spell.ugh. At that point she turns away. Nice.

This location has always had terrible service, but I’ve put up with it for the prices. Last time I went there, I attempted to use a manufacturer’s coupon, and the cashier snapped at me, «We don’t take coupons here!» I’ve never seen Big Lots advertise that they don’t take coupons, so I don’t know why I was supposed to know this or why I deserved to be yelled at. I don’t know that I’ll be shopping there again.
