I have been coming here since it was Vespia’s. One name change, three cars and I don’t know how many years later, I’m still coming here for everything from oil changes to new tires to whatever else needs to get done.
It’s funny, but as a woman — sometimes you will get ripped off. Not here. Mike B the manager is a great guy and has done nothing but the best by me & my cars. As long as he works here, they will get my business.
It’s not a fancy place but then again you’re not paying through the nose for wifi and espresso in a plush waiting lounge. The mall shares the same parking lot so does Barnes & Noble, so you don’t have to stay while they work on your car. They are pretty quick too & if there is a bigger issue, someone will always explain in detail the problem as well as the options. Five stars to Mike & his crew.

I must say that my earlier review was a bit harsh. I come back here, and come back all the time. Please take my first review with a grain of salt — we all have bad experiences, and that time was a bad one. But more often than not, the people here are nice and do their job nicely.
Mike is a genuine guy, and he is always happy — answering the phones, accepting payment (who isn’t happy taking money? haha), whenever.
I go back whenever I’m in the area and need some car work done. I honestly don’t think they’re out to rip me off, and that is saying something.
