Don’t bother to make an appointment because they will still make you wait. I was there for an hour and a half before seeing the doctor. He then made excuses by sharing the patients of the day medical histories. It sounded like he was bragging about everything he found when it was really to much info to share to be sharing with a patient.

Stopped in here twice– a Monday afternoon and once on the weekend. Both times there were no other customers and yet I was completely ignored. Today’s visit, I had a frame picked out and a woman was sitting there and would not acknowledge me! My husband said hello and she still ignored us, as did everyone else in the store. If this were the only time this happened, I wouldn’t complain, but I had to drag my husband in this time(because he was still annoyed at last time) and they did the same thing. I just want a new pair of glasses, so I’ll try another store. I generally like the quality of the glasses I get from LensCrafters, so this really disappointed me.

The Moorestown New Jersey location is horrible. Today I stopped by to see if they had any appointments available and the lady told me they were completely booked. Twenty minutes later while I was waiting for someone she told a customer that they are accepting walk-ins but appointments go first but he can fill out all the paperwork. She also explained to him about insurance options. I just got a cold ‘no we are completely booked’. Sad for them because I had Lasik done three years ago. I was just getting a routine exam. Money loss for them because I will never step foot in another Lens Crafters!!!

Sales person was rude and would not assist me with glasses that i purchased at another Lenscrafters store that i was having a problem with. When he did agree to read them to see if the Rx was correct, he told me the Rx was correct, which ended up having the left and right eyes reversed. No wonder i could not see with them. SO not only was he rude, he can’t read and Rx.

Definitely good service… usually never busy like the Cherry Hill store. Very good at fit and adjustments. Good atmosphere. They will check all possible discounts with AAA. Coupons…etc.

Your typical chain LensCrafters. Lots of frame options and a particularly roomy store to walk around and try glasses on until you make the big decision. Most of the name brands you might want along with many generic options. The turn around on new frames and lenses varies, but I haven’t had to wait more than a week(and I get all the fancy bells and whistles) The staff has always been helpful and friendly. They’ve also adjusted glasses for me that I didn’t even buy there… free of charge. This particular LensCrafters is attached to an optometrist office that I’ve used frequently as well. I’ve always used Dr. Sollenberger and I’ve been satisfied with his work. Very personable and willing to explain things to you about your eye that you never even thought about. When I thought my prescription was off after one particular visit, he took me back free of charge to check again. Overall positive experience here. Unfortunately they don’t take my new VSP insurance!
