MILITARY FRIENDLY
had my windshield bashed in and speakers stolen «as well as others» the very next week my car was on bricks and rims and tires were stolen «as well as others»
most disappointing thing was when I had to move out… I told them that I will be getting my orders to get out of the AF soon «short notice due to medical retirement» and they told me that just give them a months notice… I did and then the ladies tried to tell me they didn’t say that and they need a 6 months notice… after fighting with them about it they finally agreed for me to break my lease… after 1 MONTH I moved out I get a call from a creditor saying I owe over $ 800 to them because of the villas at countryside sold my debt to them to collect. I called them and they told me that I had $ 800 of damages. If I did they didn’t even give me a notice they took me to collections ASAP.
Which is an ILLEGAL business practice!

I gave them a 1 star because, they seem to always be away or at lunch. Hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. At times it seems like they want to agrivate us. Maintenance does a good job the 3rd time they fix anything.
And I know we have a dog park but it’s not like anyone uses it. If you walk around you see bear yellow urine patches and lots of droppings. If you complain they’ll say, «we will look into it» but, they never clean it up.
Don’t get me wrong, when you can get ahold of someone there great but, it can be a challenge and at just under $ 1000/​m (with utilities) for a
2bd 2 bth apartment, it seems ridiculous that they can’t maintain the units or the phones in the office.
